The customer care was excellent
The customer care was excellent. The audiologist was clear and precise as to all explanations concerning each stage of acquiring the hearing aids. My husband and I were made to feel comfortable in his presence and we felt confident with his knowledge of what was the best choice of hearing aid that suited my needs. I am so pleased we chose Boots.

Only wore them for the day they were…
Only wore them for the day they were fitted! Was in MIU for 4 hrs with ? Dome stuck in my right ear. Now can’t wear them as I wasn’t given a “ spare” dome!

Local audiology and telephone support is great!
I have had my hearing aid for two years now and have received consistently good care from Boots. Our local Boots has an audiologist called Paul, who is thorough, listens and very easy to deal with. A recent problem I had with my hearing aid was dealt with very professionally by a lady over the telephone, so I didn't even need to go into the store.
Highly recommend this service - very professional.
