Had an appointment for my stepfather at 11:45.
By 12:00 we had'nt encountered a soul, then, when we asked we were told they could not do his hearing test! No explanation as to why his appointment was seemingly canceled. Utter rubbish customer service.

Ingrid was excellent
Ingrid was excellent, listened closely to me and also communicated really well, showing good understanding of my needs and the range of possible hearing difficulties and products to alleviate the worst effects of hearing degeneration. A really worthwhile experience and I'm happy to recommend her to anyone with concerns about hearing deterioration.

Iqra was very good at understanding my issues and recommending what I needed, after knowing I had hearing issues for some time & putting off the inevitable
The whole process of testing to fitting & follow up went very smoothly
I now can hear & participate fully in activities where I missed conversation in certain situations

Absolutely outstanding Boots hearing team advisors. I visited 5 different hearing aid companies with differing levels of success. Boots Huddersfield branch was brilliant. I could totally trust the advice from both advisors and always felt that my best interests were always paramount to them.
