It could be five star but I am only just at the beginning of this journey and will get my hearing aids within the week .
So far my experience has been a positive one with tests and explanations of why I have partial hearing loss and how it can be corrected were very good and delivered kindly and professionally .

Really cannot speak highly enough of Krishan! From the first appointment, he put me at ease and answered all my many questions patiently.He gave honest advice and didn't just try to sell me the mpst expensive aids or accessories, but did recommend the ones he thought would bw most helpful to me. I picked up my new hearing aids today and cannot believe how much better they are than my old ones. Krishan made the whole experience easy and seamless, absolutely amazing service. Thank you!

Kishan was very patient with me as I was very nervous about this appointment as it’s the very first time for me wearing hearing aids. And has made my next appointment to make sure everything going well. and show me more about my hearing aids.

I have been a customer of Boots Hearing Care in Kidderminster for over 12 years and am currently on my third hearing aid. I am not wealthy - and Boots is expensive, hence 4 stars instead of 5 - but their customer service is second to none. The 60 day period in which to change your mind is exceptionally useful, I have twice used this period to switch to a different aid, most recently because I didn’t get on with a rechargeable aid. Asher Salmon at the Kidderminster branch is endlessly patient and genuinely wants his customers to get what is right for them. I trust him implicitly.

Pleasant experience today with Boots audiologist.Tested hearing and gave advice…no hard sell, so I will return if & when hearing deteriorates. Friendly efficient service, which I have also experienced with Boots Opticians over several visits.

The fit on the earpiece is too large, hopefully this will be resolved in the follow up appointment.
My mother who they are for is ok with them but not overjoyed due to the poor fit

I had my annual hearing check up today at the Kidderminster branch, my ears & hearing aids were tested very professionally by Asher Salmon, he was extremely kind & explained my results very clearly to me, I would highly recommend Boots hearing care, thank you Asher

The hearingcare advisor, Asher Salmon was very friendly, efficient and professional. He conducted some tests and established my higher frequency hearing is somewhat reduced. When I explained about my tinnitus issues he gave me some hearing aids to try and recommended a trial 60 day with a refund option. My main problem is tinnitus, a continuous hi pitched hiss. I was offered hearing aids to help disguise the sound though they didn’t offer very much relief. In view of this and thinking about it over the weekend I have decided I don't want the inconvenience of using hearing aids at present as they didn't help sufficiently vs fitting hearing aids on a daily basis. My deposit is being returned as promised.

Asher is a competent and polite gentleman. He made me feel at ease and explained everything in a down to earth way. He was also very helpful in advising me which hearing aids would be best for me. I am well pleased and have no problem in recommending Asher to anyone. 10 out of 10.

Asher Salmon was charming and yet professional. He explained everything clearly and listened to everything I said. He demonstrated the filters and discussed the possible causes of my hearing loss with me.

Like most people,I resent my deafness very much and therefore everytime I go for a hearing test appointment,it reinforces my resentment.
Having said this,I would like to add that having a very caring,professional person like Asher Salmon,who I saw yesterday,makes matters easier.
He listened and advised in equal measures and it was a pleasure to meet him.
