Very helpful friendly and knowledgable audiologist

The hearing person who delt with me was brilliant. She took her time to explain everything required and what it would entail moving forward. The appointment was not rushed and I was made aware of all the options available.

The audiologist Roshni was amazing. She was very professional and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience a pleasure.

I went for my yearly check up with Roshni Thanki she make you feel very comfortable and what is also very nice is she remembers you although I had not been for a couple of years. During my check Roshni explained that I had my hearing aids for 11 years so she demonstrated the new ones which I said they would be better for me as the did not need batteries as they are chargeable, I am very happy with the new one which I wear every day. Thank you Roshni I would recommend Roshni and Boots hearing to my family.

I would like to give very positive feedback about my hearing aid consultant Roshni Thanki at Boots. She provides an excellent service and is extremely knowledgeable and professional in everything she does. She always makes me feel welcome and takes the time to listen to and answer any concerns I have regarding my hearing aids.
The aftercare service she provides is second to none, and I always feel that I am in very capable and caring hands. I am extremely grateful for all her help and support.

She is a first class Audiologist who has never failed to solve any problems and who is always available between consultations should I need her. I am completely confident that I will always get the best advice and treatment available from her . She has a welcoming , friendly personality and makes me feel that she is taking a real interest in my hearing and never fails to ask about me and my family - what a memory.Truly she is a credit to the profession and to Boots hearing Care. After struggling with my hearing and aids not helping enough to be beneficial to me I was feeling beyond help and almost resigned to the situation.
I left the appointment feeling hopeful and optimistic that there could be a solution.
It was a very thorough and informative consultation where I could explain my experience . Options and detail were explained and a trial of aids available then I was given time to consider the options.
The consultant was very pleasant and informative , a positive experience.

I have been seeing Rashni Thanki for just over a year at Boots Hearing Department in Leicester. She dispensed a pair of Phonak hearing aids that I am now using. She has advised me on how I can can get the most out of them & overcome some minor troubles I have experienced. This service has always been provided in a competent, professional & friendly manner. A consultation has always been something to look forward to.

Gordon has been seeing Roshin Thankin at Boots hearing services Leicester for over a year now. She originally helped him to get the right hearing aids to suit his needs, we had a few on going appointments because he was struggling with them due to his own needs but Roshin was amazing every time we seen her helping Gordon to adjust to life with the hearing aids. A year later he is doing really well. Having just had his yearly review and all is going well. Roshin is always very helpful, friendly and definitely goes above and beyond making Gordon feel very comfortable during his appointment. Always there at the end of an email, phone if we need any help or advice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutly shocking phone service, ive been calling for over an hour and not one person has answered the phone. Its my birthday and i need the prescription as im unwell. I have better things to be doing than repeatdly ringing the number over and over!!

Roshni Thanki is brilliant. She explains everything so well and heips with any problems I have. I would recommend her to anyone needing hearing aids.
