I received excellent service throughout the process of purchasing a set of hearing aids from Boots in Loughborough - from making the initial appointment to receiving the aids within a few days - I was delighted with the service given. My audiologist was Zadam and I cannot recommend him highly enough - thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone.

From having the first check on my ears needed to be syringed was told the best product to use and how often to use then having ears syringed then hearing test wow I have now having hearing aids that suit my needs and wow again I can hear all the things I have been missing excellent service I am very pleased with and such friendly staff at the boots in Loughborough

My appointment was with kadam verma which I found very helpful and understanding and he called Daniella in to confirm what he was telling us ,she was also very helpful, polite with with the issues I had with my ear. I would recommend these to anybody who wishes to have a hearing test .

Im disabled I cant walk without my walking stick .I do NOT appreciate being followed round this store till I get to the checkout with my items!

I spend my money in here every single week ...
And its disgusting that I was made to feel like a criminal ! .

I also suggest that you start following the actual thieves not a middle aged disabled woman around!

After a family visit to Boots hearing care, we came away feeling very well looked after! Daniela was very professional and efficient at my daughter’s wax removal, highly recommended!

Selma (audiologist) is lovely. Explained everything. I feel that if I do have problems they will be addressed. Already a hearing aid wearer, my hearing has improved with my recently purchased set.

The audiologist (Mike) who I had appointments with was great, and that's the most important thing. He explained everything in detail and patiently. He also presented the hearing aid choices clearly. Overall, the customer service was excellent.
