I thought the man who helped me was good up to a point but once I started wearing the device I came to realise that he might have been more comprehensive in his explanation of their operation.

Over the moon
I have tinnitus and so my hearing had reduced for certain sounds. I explained how I felt and what I needed. I wanted an aid that was discreet yet efficient and effective. The specialist listened to me and understood. A week later I collected my aids and how they worked was explained as well as how to look after them. I have been wearing them for a week now and it’s made such a difference to my life in general. I’m over the moon.
