Appointment was to check the performance of hearing aids I had fitted a week ago. Have found in some conditions,ie noisy places and some tv programs not too clear. These have now been adjusted and so far am pleased with result.
The service is very good and thorough with no pressure to sell the product.

Only interested in pushing for a sale and not interested in achieving good customer service. The hearing aids offered were a poor fit but my comments were simply pushed aside.

I was very impressed with the products available, how they worked and how they could help me was explained so well. The hearing aids I tried I didn’t want to part with!
