I am looking for a back-up pair of hearing aids. I explained this to Judy at the outset and she was very positive. We went though the whole process and reached what I hope is a mutually beneficial conclusion. I will know more when I collect the aids in two weeks' time and start using them (albiet only as and when necessary).

Fantastic Facilities, extremely good staff from the moment l entered the Boots shop , the testing equipment and facility is top quality.The most important aspect for me was the treatment given, everything was properly explained I didn’t feel pressured to buy , the stages of the process were so important that l felt confident that the advise l received was right for me. Very impressed and l have mentioned to family and friends just how good the overall Boots experience is.

At my hearing aid test the audiologist was very professional very polite and very in knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service and very happy the results.

My ex wife recommended Judy to me she said she would sort my hearing problems
out for me. Well what can I say I found Judy to be very very helpful and very sincere she made me feel after the hearing test that she would make sure that I will be more than happy with my new hearing aid. Assured me any problems and she would be there to sort them out for me.

I have had a great hearing test at St Neots everything was explained to me in detail very refreshing service when. I was beginning to think service was a thing in the past

Friendly service
Didn’t rush through the process so I felt comfortable.

Judy at St Neots has given exceptional service, going out of here way to give me the best hearing aids for my hearing. Judy went through several options and even sent me away while she did some research on the correct type and contacting me to follow it up promptly. Judy got me in next day after I’d received the information gathered and took me through all options type by type, price by price and the process was very smooth. We’ve decided on hearing aids and a payment plan has been created and the service and after care I’m going to be getting is very precise as was all the relevant t&c given. Would recommend boots hearing care highly.

The lady dealing with me was helpful , explaining everything and making me at ease .
The only 'fault ' was that her printer was not working and she was unable to give me a printed copy of the necessary document and I have still not received an email giving me the necessary information .

The hearing test was a somewhat lengthy process but it was made easier by the helpful, friendly and efficient work of tester Judy, who covered every aspect in great detail and readily and concisely answered any queries relating to it and the products available as a result. I was more than satisfied with the outcome.

Very personable service. Details of my hearing loss were explained in a manner I could understand. No pushy sales banter.
