Boots Hearing Care Tamworth
I have recently purchased a pair of Phonak hearing aids from Boots after being a hearing aid user since a young child. I originally purchased a pair of hearing aids from Boots 17 years ago and they was very satisfactory, however due to my complex hearing loss I reverted back to NHS. Just recently I decided to explore private hearing aids and I am very pleased with my Phonak Hearing Aids and additional Roger device. The hearing aids are very comfortable to wear and the clarity of speech is a significant improvement and I can hear speech easily in a whole range of different settings which is very liberating and a great confidence boost. The customer service that I received from Saffiyah at the Ventura Boots Tamworth branch was very professional and supportive, Saffiyah clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience that she shares in an empathetic and understanding manner. I am very pleased with the aftercare I received from Saffiyah and her assistance during the daunting time of purchasing hearing devices. I would recommend Boots Tamworth branch 100%.

Audiologist was very professional. Polite and courteous. She listened to my needs and explained everything well. At no time did I feel pressured to buy from Boots. She help me make the right choice for my needs. At the present time I have only had the aids a few days but at the moment I feel that I am hearing much better. A good experience.
