Was a little apprehensive, but found the audiologist very friendly. She explained how the hearing test would be carried out.
She clearly explained the results and went through choices of hearing aids.

The appointment was for my mother who is oxygen dependent and in a wheelchair. The lady who looked after my mom was excellent in her knowledge and was very accommodating to the wheelchair.

Saffiyah was very patient with my mum, Susan Forman and we collect her new aids on Monday so hoping they will make a difference to her life.

the examination was thorough and proved my hearing had deteriorated. My new hearing aids were much better than my previous ones.

Audiologist was very professional. Polite and courteous. She listened to my needs and explained everything well. At no time did I feel pressured to buy from Boots. She help me make the right choice for my needs. At the present time I have only had the aids a few days but at the moment I feel that I am hearing much better. A good experience.
