The audiologist I saw was very good , she was patience , explained everything to me in great detail, did not rush me , told me about my options.
As much as I don’t like wearing them I now know I had choices which I feel is best for me and my personal well being.

My appointment was bang on time, no waiting around. My audiologist explained everything in easy to understand terms. The tests were done with care and attention. No detail was too small. The selection of hearing devices was carefully explained so they I had all the information I needed to make an informed choice. Follow up and fitting was again dinner with extreme professionalism.
