Fraudulent ‘attempted’ delivery
I ordered delivery items that came from 2 separate locations. I received one, but the other was an email saying unable to deliver (aust post), we have a security gate, all they had to do was press the button. They won’t re deliver as they have already ‘attempted’ to deliver. I’m done, this is a world gone mad.

Sent a completely different item to what was shown in the product photo. What I thought I was buying was good quality sports sweatbands at $19.95 and what they sent me were cheap costume items that sell elsewhere for $4.95. The product photo completely misrepresented the item. When I raised the issue they said there was no mistake. Terrible.

Hard to get product (Duck rim block toilet cleaner refills, Lavender) was available in quantity and arrived in double quick time. Price was a little over the top though...
