Reply to sellers response - I tried to contact your company directly before posting feedback was asked to keep incorrect product sent and offered 10% refund on an item that I didn't want nor order.
If I wanted what you sent I would have ordered it.
No effort was made to resolve the item you didn't send. 10% refund was go away money.

Dining and hospitality was great. Unfortunately one of the meals was not up to scratch but they were extremely apologetic and immediately replaced it with a fresh one and gave us three free jugs of beer. Fantastic experience in the end
