Fabulous Company
I love Bows Boutiques such fabulous styles and so much choice. Super fast delivery and quality clothing. I’ve ordered many items and have some gorgeous holiday outfits from them. Recently received some faulty trousers I sent them a message and photo and within half an hour they had refunded me with no need to return item - you cannot ask for better customer service than that - thank you Bows Boutiques this is why you are one of the best suppliers out there

Love seeing all the different types of clothing and seeing them on in the videos …. I have brought a few bits over the past year and been complimented …. I had been looking for a blue outfit for a day event (Sunday) and failed miserably until Friday 6pm I saw a video of this beautiful dress perfect for the event and to wear on my forthcoming holidays perfect price too, and I was guaranteed if ordered there and then delivery would be next day OMG It turnt up in my hand by 10am next day and the dress was perfect….. again compliments and it was cool and sun perfect Thankyou for saving the day and just be you!

I bought some co-ords they were lovely…
I bought some co-ords they were lovely so I ordered more.
Then a new set was launched and it nothing like the old set, full of static so I send the whole batch back.
They need to check the manufacturing are not substituting cheap materials in certain batches of clothing.

Hi Rosemary, thank you for your review. I wanted to clarify that your purchase of the 4 TAYLOR sets is not the same style or fabric as the previous orders of the FIDELIA set so yes, they are not the same. It is a completely different style. Fabric becomes static because of friction between materials, especially when fabrics rub against each other or your skin. This is called the triboelectric effect. When two surfaces rub together, electrons transfer from one material to the other. This is not due to quality as you suggest, we have hundreds of styles online in this fabric with no issues.

I have been a customer of Bows for…
I have been a customer of Bows for about 2/3 years now and up until now I am not happy with the service I have received. I bought 3 of the Makayala Tops, 2 of them were lovely the 3rd one not so lovely. The baby blue one would fit a size 8-10 only but only if the size 8-10 person has a small head. I sent it back and even spoke with Ozay the owner about this. She said she would not exchange/refund as she said nothing wrong with the sizing. She sent it back to me as she told me the neck was about 1/2 an inch to small that was not to be as I got it and measured it and it was 2 inches to small at the neck, also the chest sizing was also wrong. Ozay told me my top was “badly” stained that was also wrong it had a slight stain where I got make-up on it and tried to remove it myself, but because the top is classed as “faulty” I decided it did not matter this was because I was struggling to get it over my head. Under the “consumer rights” this is misinterpreted on “Bows website”. I do stand legally to get a refund. But with thought and time bothered to write a letter of complaint, I have decided to shop elsewhere only because of the poor service as a good customer I got from Bows! Not a way to run a professional business! I was in the clothing business and never had this problem I would always see my customers point of view!!! Very upset the way I have been treated as a good customer, I had only just bought a years delivery subscription and I think I am entitled to that back please ?
I am going to add to this that I purchased the top in February ready for spring so I had not worn it once I only tried it on. Anyway it’s a lesson learnt to me not to buy cheap clothing!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the outcome of this matter.
However, we feel it is important to clarify the facts surrounding this case. The item in question was returned to us approximately two months after purchase, outside of our returns timeframe. In addition, the top arrived back with no tags attached and with visible makeup staining. We have photographs of the item as received saved on file, along with the full email correspondence regarding this matter.
You also confirmed yourself in your email that the makeup transfer occurred whilst removing the top. This demonstrates that the garment was able to be worn over the head and does not indicate a manufacturing fault.
Following your concerns regarding sizing, we carefully measured the returned item against multiple identical Makayala tops from our warehouse stock. The measurements showed an average variance of less than 1cm, which is considered entirely normal within garment production tolerances, particularly for a one-size item. For this reason, we could not classify the item as faulty.
At no point were you spoken to disrespectfully or told “point blank” that we would not help. The situation and our reasoning were explained politely and professionally via email, all of which remains on file should you wish to review the correspondence again.
Under UK Consumer Rights legislation, customers are entitled to remedies where goods are proven to have a manufacturing fault or are not as described. In this case, after inspection, the item was not found to have a manufacturing defect. As the garment had also been worn, stained, returned outside of our returns window, and without tags attached, it no longer met the conditions required for a standard return or refund.
We always aim to be fair and professional with every customer, and many of our loyal customers continue to shop with us happily. While we appreciate that you are disappointed with the outcome, we stand by the decision made in line with both our policies and UK consumer regulations.
