I had a fantastic experience with Bracey Car Motors. They were professional, friendly, and really knowledgeable about my car. The service was quick and efficient, and they made sure I understood everything about the work done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car care!

Really good company all round for motoring, always first in mind when it comes to it, highly recommend

Can’t fault the service, great team and any questions were very helpful.

Seriously great people no doubt! They make sure your sorted and satisfied no matter what your looking for.

Went to this garage recently and was really impressed. The place looks clean and well set up, and everyone there was genuinely helpful and easy to talk to. Whether you’re looking to buy a car, sell one, or just need some advice, they’re happy to help. They also offer MOTs and servicing which is really convenient. Definitely the number one place to go. Highly recommend.

Bracey has sold me 2 brilliant motors since I started driving. Both motors were reliable and mint condition .

Went to Braceys motors too buy a car the salesperson I had was very good and dealt with me swiftly I would recommend this business too my friends and family

I recently purchased a car from Braceys Motors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy.

The staff took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the available options with honesty and clear knowledge. They answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt confident in my decision.

The whole process—from viewing the car to completing the purchase—was smooth and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no hidden surprises. The car itself was presented in excellent condition, exactly as described.

What really stood out was the level of customer service. It felt like they truly cared about making sure I drove away satisfied, rather than just making a sale.

I would highly recommend Braceys Motors to anyone looking for a reliable car and a straightforward, friendly buying experience.

Fast and reliable service, staff very friendly

Purchased a car that when test drove was fine, collected car and paid in full, car fault so returned it to the dealer. Car never returned to me as they refused to supply evidence of works carried out. No refund received. Taken to court and now they are re-registering my car without my consent to someone else. Do not buy anything from this company!!!!

Bracey’s response to my review is completely untrue.

The lads down Braceys motors are very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you out. From recovery to engine rebuilds they’ve really made a one stop shop for all vehicles which isn’t easy to find nowadays, top lads, all the best 🙌

Sold me a car that needed loads of work after a matter of months. Lied about completed work. Buyers beware.

I am writing this to warn anyone considering buying a car from Braceys Motors. My experience has been an absolute nightmare.

I bought a car from them, and within the first month, a serious issue appeared. I took it back, and they simply told me to "go through the warranty." I did, and the warranty company performed a repair. However, the problem was never actually fixed properly.

The exact same issue has been recurring repeatedly ever since. Every time I go back to Braces, they wash their hands of the responsibility and point me back to the warranty company, who also fails to provide a permanent solution. It's a never-ending loop of finger-pointing and incompetence, and I'm stuck with a faulty car that they refuse to stand behind.

There is absolutely no point in dealing with their warranty provider, as they clearly don't do the job right the first time. To make matters worse, Braceys Motors has refused to exchange the vehicle or offer any real help. They have my money, and they clearly don't care about the fact they sold me a lemon.

If you value your time and your money, do not buy from Bracey's Motors. They will not support you when things go wrong.

Scam- Don’t fall into the trap!!
These guys sell faulty cars, their customer service is abysmal and all they do is lie. The cars look good but mechanically they’re trash. Terrible experience with this dealership.

Save yourself and look elsewhere.
