Hamper delivered on time as a present to friends. They were over the moon and said it was beautifully presented. Thank you Bradford Bakers, excellent service and would highly recommend.

I ordered for 4 different sites as it was a staff event for the whole organisation, only 2 sites had a delivery, I spent hours chasing the deliveries , making calls and sending emails both to DPD and Bradfords. I understand that occasionally things get lost in the post and I know this is even worse with DPD, I was patient and understanding. What I don't understand is the fact that I have had to wait a month for a refund, I have spent time and effort trying to call and sent a number of emails to customer service, I have never been contacted back, no apology no offer for an explanation. the only contact was a confirmation from the external payment company to say that a refund is being processed 4 and a half weeks after the fact. This ruined the event and upset a lot of staff. DISOPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATMENT. My Organisation will never use this company again.

Goods still have not arrived 2 weeks after scheduled delivery date. Have contacted customer services several times requesting a refund for failed services, but no responses. Ruined a 21st birthday surprise. Do not use, waste of money.

I ordered cupcakes which were delivered by dpd?? They arrived like that had been tossed around a few times, to make it worse nobody has time to reply to emails but time to email apologising they will be in touch? Not a nice feeling having something you send as a gift being received in such a state and they also trade as send them cupcakes!!

Ordered the doughnut stack for my partners birthday, they arrived looking amazing and they tasted amazing too. Definitely better than a conventional birthday cake!

The most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. I spent the best part of 3 days emailing to and fro to try to get an order sorted. I kept asking for a number to reach them or for a call back as the issue that needed sorting was pretty simple if only it could be communicated as they could not understand through emails. In the end, they just stopped replying - I was given no reason or explanation - I had to go elsewhere in the end. Dont waste your time!

I ordered some fathers day, 'dappers day' donuts, which he recieved this morning, he loved them!
They look fantastic, and I have been assured they smell and taste as good as they look! Fantastic communication from order to DPD delivery, will definatly be ordering again! Very happy, thankyou :-)

Ordered 6 red velvet and 6 cappuccino cup cakes to be delivered for my Sisters special birthday. The red velvet cup cakes were edible, however the cappuccino cup cakes were very dry and unpleasant to taste. Most disappointed due to the cost/delivery of the cupcakes expected cupcakes to taste delicious. Will never use Bradford's bakers in the future!

My wife's 50th birthday and wanted some balloons delivered. Really easy to order and came with cupcakes!!! It arrived on her birthday and everything was great. I had a small amount of contact with the company and they were friendly and helpful....would really recommend...thank you :-)

I paid over £20 and ordered personalised Donoughts for my husband’s 40th as a little surprise during his lockdown birthday. They arrived unpersonalised and despite several attempts to contact the company they ignored me, without so much as an apology. I could have got him doughnuts from the supermarket for a quarter of the price.

Have ordered 3 times - each time items have arrived on time, fresh and well presented. Excellent communication from company to confirm order, confirm when item is on its way, and exact time slot given for delivery. (Have used another company once and communication was very poor when item took 15 days to arrive) Highly recommend Bradfords.

Poor product information - I ordered the Sweet indulgence tower for a 86th birthday gift. The recipient initially just thanked me and told me the tower looked beautiful. It was only later, the receiptient not wanting to be negative, that I found out the chocolate had a green sheen to it so she threw it all away.
I contacted customer service who really have not been helpful. They insist the chocolate is designed to look green and they refer to it as a brussel sproat look!
Had there been anything in the description to suggest this I could have pre-warned the receiptient or had the option to select a different gift. Instead everything was wasted.
Total lack of care from the company.
I would therefore NOT recommend them.

I just want to say how awesome this company is! After a wrong delivery, due to me giving incorrect address details and the package going missing after being delivered to the wrong address. Bradford bakery went above and beyond by resending the order to the correct address at no further cost to myself.

They really didn’t need to, as this was my error but was very much appreciated.

Heartwarming to have faith in human kindness which seems to be a rarity these days.

Very much unsatisfied with the delivery of wrong item, missing item and silence to many of my complaints. Would never recommend this company to anyone I know.
Ordered from Canada a surprise Gift to be delivered to Loughborough in UK. Fudge cake was very dry. Instead of Red wine, White Wine was delivered. No Tag was included so the recipient didn’t know the sender. 4 complaints sent by mail to customer services were ignored. Never expected this from a British Company.

Honestly i was very disappointed. The cupcakes werent even cooked to the standard i expected. They were really buttery inside as if it wasnt mixed properly. As well as this the icing was really buttery aswell as thats all i could taste. No one enjoyed them as much not sure whether this would be due to delivery time but they were not up to quality as i expected. I paid £32.00 which is why i expected high quality but that is not what i received. Very unhappy...

Ordered cupcakes. Wasted £20. They were not even a bit tasty. My baby refused to eat. Specially the frosting was so awful. The base was also tasteless. Never going to buy again anything from them . Threw in bin.

My brother-in-law needed doughnuts to help him recover from a traumatic birthday experience, and you, Bradford Bakers, delivered in every sense! Thank you so much. Excellent doughnuts, happily recovered brother-in-law, and restored family harmony.
Tracking the delivery was fun too.
