Bradfordsbakers Reviews

Really good service. I saw a picture of the flowers you sent and realised they were in a watering can and not a basket which was far more suitable for a 90 year old man. What a nice idea. I was told the cakes were very good as well

No response to email regarding why my order was delivered a week previous to what was requested for my friend's birthday. Very dissapointing

I couldn't fault the service, I got to pick the delivery date and they kept me up to date with this. The only downside was that the package was left on the front doorstep rather than in the safe place that I stated (the shed). But this wasn't a problem as we are away from other houses.
The doughnuts themselves were quite tasty, if not a little 'shop bought' in taste.
I would maybe try some of the other products next time.

Great service. On time and grandkids thought the product was delicious

Have used Bradford bakers for sometime now and have never been disappointed always great products

I’d highly recommend Bradford Bakers. I needed a special order of a stack of 27 doughnuts with a birthday message and it was delivered on time in one piece! The children loved it. Customer service is excellent. Quality top class. I’d order again.

Very helpful and accommodating with our unusual order. Timely service and delivery. High quality cakes.

Always purchased items as presents. Every single recipient has remarked on the superb quality of the products, and most say the best they have ever rated in terms of the confectionery. Not one person has said anything less than "excellent." One day I will treat myself so I can see what all my friends have raved about for years. Guaranteed quality. Highly recommend.

Never disappoint , great cakes and always on time , we’ll done Bradford’s

I don't know if the party I ordered this for received it. It was just left with someone at this address and I hate to contact the person for whom was to receive it to see if they did. The store is in a mall and I just hope it wasn't letft at a general front desk rather than directly to the store itself.

My ordered gift wasn't delivered - rather a gift ordered nby someone else.

Also - Straight after ordering, and days before dispatch, I amended the delivery address. This was ignored.

The delivery was very quick and the cakes were in perfect condition. The cakes themselves were ok, extremely sweet but very dry. The apple filling in the cupcakes was very disappointing.

perfect! I ordered the gift quite last minute but it arrived on time and everyone was happy!

Disappointed as the cakes arrived broken and squashed, not sure whether it’s due to poor packaging or the delivery company.
Poor customer service as they have not replied to my complaint or compensated me in any way.

Kept up to date on delivery time, and very nice cake. Highly recommended.

Easy to order, clear communication on delivery & excellent product delivered.
This was a surprise for my husbands birthday. 48 doughnuts was delivered to his work and he was not only very impressed with the presentation but the quality of the food. 5 🌟

First time using company. Ordered an afternoon tea for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was delivered as arranged. My parents were very impressed with quality and contents. Would recommend and order from again.

Afternoon tea including cup and saucer - with added clotted cream. Bought for family member's birthday. Although I didn't see it, the verdict was 'AMAZING'. Thank you Bradfords Bakers! Will continue to use you and recommend.
