Efren was diligent in his followups, good customer service

This was my first time using your company. You had the product I wanted and my order BR67768 was handled by MIchael De Dios with great concern for my particular wishes and also for the timing of the delivery as I am in Los Angeles, a long way from Miami. I had to bother Mike any number of times because not knowing your company I wanted to make sure the process was on time. He was always gracious and never seemed bother by my nuisance requests. I will certainly use your company again. with thanks!

This representative worked with me until I was happy - even helped get my logo edited so that it had precisely the right look that I wanted on the tumbler. This is the third time that we have ordered backpacks from Branders to celebrate the end of another successful afterschool year. Our students love to show off their backpacks. The only downside is the shipping cost. Thanks Gerri Brooks for your continued help.

Great service! The salesperson Maria Pelariza did an incredible job of assisting me to ensure I received what my company needed in a very short amount of time. We received our shipment earlier than anticipated (and it was already a rush request), and the product that arrived was exactly what we requested per the proof! Wonderful experience, would recommend to anyone that they should go through Branders and request Maria specifically!

Branders customer service is absolutely horrible. Their service is very slow and the print quality is very poor. In such a competitive market there are many other options. Don't be fooled by their pricing. They do things like charge a setup fee each time you place an order, even if it is the same product and design. They say this is because their vendors charge this. So this must be a third party printing company that doesn't do printing in house. Again, very cheap quality and poor service.

I had a wonderful experience with Branders and their sales associate, Josephine Mararagan. She was quick with email responses, always kept me updated, and very clear on the procedure. Thank you Branders for making our Accounting Apparel and with great ease!
