I was looking for a type of white-barreled pens. However, most promotional pen companies do not offer samples that I could purchase in order to ensure whether or not I would like the models before placing a large-amount order. Branders did good job and made me satisfied! Highly recommended!

I went online to find some toys to use for a Citywide Easter Egg Hunt. Once I found something that would work, I had a few questions so decided to use the online Chat and Anthony was fantastic and finding the answers I needed and also being sure I got any and all discounts available for the purchase. I would say he went above and beyond for me as a new customer. I appreciate that type of service since I, myself am in customer service. Those are the type of people I will return to.

I have been a customer of Branders in the past and when I went to re-order a hat, was informed that my previous rep was gone. The person who responded to me left me flat -- never reconnected after I sent her a reply email.

EASY TO WORK WITH

Kristina L was very patient-she send me many emails to make sure my product was accurate. Kristina also informed us of the limitations of the print areas on our wines which was not mentioned on the website, which I glad we called.
