Terrible customer service. I purchased a pair of Priscilla pants and noticed after we got home that the leg is cut and there is a hole in them. I am assuming they were cut with a box cutter when unpacking at the store. There is a large cut across the leg. Customer service will not exchange for a new pair (not worn) because the tag was taken off.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Good luck returning anything from this place.
Dont buy from here and you won’t have to stress about it

If I could give Brandy Melville 0 stars I would but in order to write this review I had to pick 1 star. First off this brand does not stand by its shipping policy that’s posted on its website & quite frankly doesn’t care about your package once it shipped. My daughter has been waiting for her package for a month. We requested a refund via email. I also called because the package has not been delivered & shipping tracking info hasn’t been updated for more than 3 weeks. I was told by customer service rep over the phone that once package is shipped we just have to wait even if it’s indefinitely, with no delivery update, or estimated arrival time. They are unable to refund order once shipped even if package doesn’t come in the timeline they provided. The customer rep said the only thing she could do is create a lost package claim. Which we got an email stating that we have to wait another 2/6 weeks for them to figure out what happen to the package. So now I am out of my money & the items that my daughter ordered, since who knows when it will come in. Such a hassle! I am not ordering from this company online ever again. I will not support a brand that doesn’t do the right thing.

I am a frequent costumer at brandy melville, and I love all the clothing I get.
In June, I ordered a top and a bracelet, and I am very pleased with quality, and the pieces are really nice, the shipping was very fast taking under a week to arrive, I recommend x

My daughter fits their very narrow mold and wanted to go there, but my fat, disabled self was not acceptable to them.
I dared to sit to wait for my daughter to come out of the dressing room. I carefully chose a place where there were 3 open slots or so where clothes might go, so I would not disturb anything. I was told very rudely, "You can't sit there!" Long story short it spiraled into a shouting match, which ended with "So you have nowhere for disabled people to sit?" "Nope." "So you don't want the business of disabled people?" "No." And I left at that. She followed us out the whole way, crossing her arms and glaring.

Also, their elevator light was out... the only light in the elevator, so it was pitch black. The terrible state of the handwritten sign on the door about the light made it clear that this had been an issue for some time and was not a priority for them to fix.

i literally ordered it on a wednesday and payed 35 extra dollars for express shipping and i just got a notification that it’s coming next tuesday which is in 5 days so i called and this sassy worker with an attitude told me it’s only business days which it doesn’t say anywhere on the website or checkout page. even if it’s business days thursday and friday are 2 business days and it won’t be here in those 2 days. 0/10 service.

Their return process is terrible. They don’t provide a return label. Did not include an invoice which they ask for you to include when shipping back.
Coat me $21 to return a $32 skirt and paid shipping fees when purchased as well.

Cashier was very nice. There were only view people. The atfosmere was nice.

I returned an item for my teenager and checked the website beforehand to ensure everything was eligible for return. One of the items was a $10 pair of socks, but Brandy Melville is refusing to process the return. Their website does not mention that socks are non-returnable, yet customer service claims that “all accessories” are final sale. This policy is not stated anywhere on their website returns page, making it misleading.

My order was addressed incorrectly. The shipping method via Fed Ex did not allow for corrections. As a result of this, the item cannot be delivered and cannot be picked up by the recipient. The only recourse is that after all delivery attempts have failed, when and if the items are returned to Brandy Melville, then I am supposed to get a refund, for how much I am not sure. There is no other solution.

Was going to order from you but looks like your a scam site not legit definitely avoiding!!!! Why would you even bother making a site that you know is scam that’s really sad you shouldn’t do that to people. If I want something I’m gonna get it on Amazon or something I trust!

FedEx very clearly delivered my package to the wrong address (with photo evidence of this fact) and Brandy Melville told me that I had to deal with it myself. Will not be purchasing from them again. Extremely frustrating experience

Ordered online, never received my purchase. I reached out to customer service and was told there was nothing they can do and told me to reach out to FedEx.

DO NOT order online from Brandy Melville. They send you the wrong item, they charge high shipping costs and if you ship the item back to BM, you are expected to pay again to send item back. Most stores include a return label. Complete rip-off!!

I placed an order and it got cancelled for no reason the next day. I never received an explanation as to why it was cancelled, I did have the money in my bank account and it went through. Since it was cancelled I was expecting a refund but weeks pass and I did not get my refund so I emailed brandy melville with the customer service email they have on their own app and they ignored me. I sent a follow up email and they ignored me. So i resort to the better business bureau and I see reviews from people complaining about the same exact thing i am complaining about. I explain the situation and shortly after I thankfully get my refund… after weeks of being ignored. The cherry ontop of this is the person from brandy melville that responded to the better business bureau complaint, said that I was LYING and that i received the refund the day my order was cancelled and that I was weaponizing the better business bureau for no reason. He also thought it would be funny to make snarky comments talking about “first of all brandy melville isn’t a company it’s a line of products” like okay? I never expected to receive such a weird, rude, and unprofessional response filled with blatant lies and attacks about ME from this company. very very unprofessional, and the fact that they will just cancel your online order for NO REASON…. just pointless. i wouldn’t buy from there unless i went in person but the rudeness i received just put me off and i will never attempt to purchase from them again

The top I bought was made from the worst quality fabric ever, the neckline was so low cut and the colours were so off from what I ordered if there was option for 0 stars rest assured I would give it.

If I can give 0 stars I will. The store sold me a defective item which I only found out after removing the tag. I tried to exchange and I showed them the detached tag but they refused and instead showed a copy of their policy stating that items with detached tags cannot be returned. What kind of store does not stand by their products? I regret driving 4 hours to this store only to be treated with such arrogance and elitism. I agree with the other reviewer that this store will not last long and is just a temporary fad.

Edit: A week after I wrote this review, I got an email from Brandy Melville asking if I still have the receipt. They gave me a refund in the form of a gift certificate that included shipping fees. Thank you Brandy Melville!
