Kevin at Thurrock provided excellent sales service, from his knowledge of the car, responsive phone calls, the test drive and query handling. Unfortunately the car wasn't a match to my requirements but there was no pressure selling. If the car was a match I'd have bought. I enjoyed the buying process and was disappointed that the car didn't live up to my expectations.

Brayleys Cars were very professional and diligent in when dealing with me and taking care of the vehicle before handling it over to me. The car was sold with 1 year warranty as default and went through a full inspection before releasing.

I purchased a new Honda CRV at Brayleys Thurrock last week and the service I received was fantastic, Kevin was extremely helpful and made sure to keep in touch throughout the process, Jose was also a pleasure to deal with and at no point did I feel like I was being 'over sold'. In 2024 I was apprehensive at the daunting prospect of buying a new car as a single female. Fortunately I met Kevin (Brayleys Thurrock used cars - was previously Brayleys Mazda) who made the whole process an absolute pleasure due to his kindness, sincerity and transparency. He sold me the perfect car which I loved!
Roll forward 18 months to August 2025 and my circumstances changed so I needed to downsize. The only person I would go to was Kevin due to his impeccable service and care. Of course he has found me the perfect car which is secondhand and meets all my requirements. Thank you again Kevin! Having found the VW Polo our son had been searching for our enquiries began. From start to finish Kevin gave us fabulous customer service by email and over the phone. We can honestly say our entire experience from start to finish was simple, hassle free and the whole process was relaxed with no hard sell. Very competitive on price. Had MOT and service done.
The only downside was that they called me telling me my locking wheel nut was not in the car. I knew that is was highly unlikely it had been removed, but they were adament it wasn’t in there. After looking everywhere at home we went down to Brayleys as wanted to check the car ourselves, only to be told when we arrived it was found and the job completed. I feel as though when it was found they could have phoned back to let me know as they knew I was looking everywhere at home for it.

Recently bought a car from here. I must say I was very impressed with the service I got from Kevin. He was very imformative and helped the process be as smooth as possible. I appreciate him working the extra hours to make my experience quick and easy. He made sure I got my car in impeccable condition. I will definitely be coming back for my next car.

The team is always friendly and professional. My recent car service and MOT was completed efficiently and the work undertaken was explained by Jake when I collected the car. Had there been an issue I know, from past experience, they would have contacted me to obtain my authorisation before undertaking the work.

Comfortable waiting area with refreshment facilities. Polite and helpful staff. All work on car explained and car returned in spotlessly valeted condition.

Great experience from beginning to end! Doesn't feel like a main dealer, more like a family business. Was greeted with smiles soon as I entered the door, and when I collected my car following its first service it was a pleasant surprise to find it had been given a clean!
