I met Simon at the most tumultuous time of my life, my mental health was in shambles and I had lost complete trust and confidence in my previous legal representatives as they were not acting in my best interest. I was in a pothole then I met Simon…it was almost as if an angel had been sent to me to help navigate through the false allegation that has been dragging for 2 years.

Simon was first and foremost, more concerned about my mental health and how to navigate through the entire case with as little pain and cost as possible and indeed he accomplished that! He was able to get a response from the otherwise within 2 weeks (something my former solicitors couldn’t accomplish for years)! We went to court within 2 months of him acting for me and got the case withdrawn.

We contacted Brethertons with a simple question about an existing will of our mother's. It was a simple matter that could have answered over the phone . But Brethertons tried to sell us a new will .
