Shout out to David Hayward and his team. The conveyancing of my late mothers property took less than 10 weeks from start to finish and that included delays by the buyers solicitor. David was very keen to get the job done and was prompt in his communicating and keeping me up to speed. Slight hiccup with the admin sending the funds by BACS instead of CHAPS which delayed receipt of them, but the speed at which the rest of the process proceeded more than made up for it - Highly recommend David if you need results quickly.

I was mislead and overcharged so I would never recommend this firm ever so please do your research as I I had poor service from them rip off and the legal Ombudsman labelled poor service so people don't waste your time and money with this firm

After a very stressful 6 months buying a house, I finally moved in last week.
