Good during the week. Very poor service at weekends
We had a good experience getting really good and enthusiastic support on weekdays. However, going in at the weekend is rather depressing, and the weekend staff member I have dealt with twice has been very abrupt and rather difficult to warm to. I won't be shopping there again

The customer service was outstanding, the 2 members of staff who served me were so helpful.I needed advice and help regarding the products I wanted and was given thought out suggestions. I left with 3 cans of paint thinking (sadly) how rare it is nowadays for staff to go the extra mile. The paint was even carried to my car for me. I'll be telling my friends to buy from Brewers

Collected bext day and was served by the gentleman who had actually sorted the order. Will not be the last time to visit.
