Disappointing service
Disappointing service. Ordered some paint into the Bishop’s Stortford branch, due the following day I ordered it. Item did arrive till two days late, the colour of the paint for the size of the tin was expensive. Reached out to the Head office, got an automatic response saying they’d be in touch! Have had no response whatsoever…..

Fantastic customer service
Huge range of products, very competitively priced, but what makes all the difference is the fantastic customer service. Quick to resolve any issues and always friendly and helpful. Although I’m based in Scotland (where there are no stores) I prefer to deal with Brewers and their quick delivery service rather than any local supplier.
