A great customer experience
I ordered online, I received a text the next day to say it was ready for collection, as I had ordered more than one product and the second product expected a longer delivery time I telephoned the branch to check it was all in, the gentleman went to check and confirmed all in and ready for collection, when I got there I didn’t have to queue, they remembered me calling and my items were handed straight over. All in all a great customer experience from start to finish.

I'm not a fan of Brewers and usually find products elsewhere at a more reasonable price. However, they were selling an item I was after was able to pay and collect later on in the day, so was perfect for me. So, I will keep an eye on them a little more.
