First time visiting Brewers in Kingslynn today. My partner and I were looked after by Kieran and Lisa Cherry from the minute we walked in, until the minute we left. Kieran was extremely polite, and very knowledgeable and experienced on the help and advice we asked for ( nothing was too much trouble! ) It was Lisa’s first day at Brewers, but you wouldn’t have known! Lisa was very friendly, made us both feel at ease, and again, nothing was too much trouble! Both Kieran and Lisa went above and beyond to help. We were delighted with the customer service, and will definitely be back again. Thank you.

We have what we call a "problem" wall we are decorating, and so went to Brewers to pick up some paint.
We explained to Brett the problem and he gave us some advice. To ensure this would be the correct paint to use. he said he could contact the specialist who makes the particular paint we were looking at buying.
He rang back and gave us detailed information about the product and alternatives. No pushing or steering us, just all the product details and what would meet our specific requirements.
Brett went out of his way to be helpful which is greatly appreciated.
We made our purchase and will be recommending Brewers at Kings Lynn for the fantastic service we received there from all the staff and Brett in particular. Thank you

Had some paint mixed at Brewers yesterday which when I got home it wasn't dark enough. Went back and this young lady called Abby said it's no problem and without any fuss darkened my paint and it was perfect. Great service, Abby was very helpful and polite, quite refreshing really, very impressed, thankyou.
