Opened slightly early nice server online click and collect easy to use. Price favourable

Item I wanted was in stock in my local area. I was able to place an order and the item was ready to collect the next morning. I have never used Brewers before. The staff are excellent and very helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent value for money for this paint; quick delivery by Brewers themselves; a premium product.

Easy to place order via the website. Only snag was one product listed online as available in 3 days turned out to be 3 or 4 weeks. However, my local store contacted me straight away with the issue and offered useful advice on a replacement product, with the whole order then delivered the next day. All's well that ends well, and this speedy resolution means I'll happily continue using Brewers.

Excellent customer service and really knowledgable staff who helped me to get the right paint for the job. Would definitely recommend them.

We reached out to Dom at the Telford branch to see if he could help out our special needs school in any way and what a gentleman he was! Unfortunately not the best experience on the first time using Brewers
I had to contact them after a week to find out where my order was only to be told they were behind on orders and the order would be available the following week but the wallpaper batches would be different
When asking for a refund this was only partial and had to make contact again to sort this out
All in all not great

This is a review for the Brewers store In Telford Shropshire to " Shout out" re the wonderful service received by the staff that run the shop.
The ladies are all professional and knowledgeable about the product they sell which nowadays is a rarity.. I have shopped for my paint re DIY over the years in B&Q and Homebase but not now... as I have found this Aladdin's Cave of the decorating world.
