We went into the Trowbridge store today for some specific paint and also some advice. The lady was very helpful and friendly. I didn't catch her name but the receipt says Sales rep SWTM and she was looking forward to a lovely family weekend.
We could have gone to the large chain store but you don't receive any customer service at all. Thank you

Knotting solution
I have never had anything but a wonderful experience from the Brewers staff. Always really helpful and knowledgeable - I always go there for my paint and specialist painting products and can’t fault them. This visit was for knotting solution which I ordered before going to work and it was ready for collection before I finished work. Great service as always. Product was exactly what I needed.

Exactly what I needed
Spring clean and garden tidy up, needed some ducksback silver copse fence paint and Brewers had the best price. Easy to order, great value for money, packaged safely and well and delivered by a friendly driver.

Poor customer service
Went here today to buy a paint sprayer with which I paid over £1000 for I was assisted by a member of staff who was incredibly rude and had no product knowledge she had a very poor attitude toward customer service and was more interested in having a cigarette . If I did not require this tool immediately I would of not brought it from this branch

Let me down for delivery
Let me down for delivery. When it got to mid afternoon, I enquired. Was told out for delivery. Got "tried to deliver but you were out" message 15 minutes after I chased. I had 3 workers 10 feet from the door, and a door camera. They simply lied.
