Omg very misleading and very hard to deal with the customer service is Terrible worst of the worst. They pray on ppl who have "Hard Smiles" or unpleasant smiles they talk to you any kind of way. Please read. a few months ago i was excited to give them a shot, I applied wanted to apply for financing and shortly after they took a down payment but here's the catch it was more Hidden fees attached to the contract. So after being annoyed with the "MSC DEVP Company"-Their 3rd party finance team for just wanting to take payments whenever they want instead of doing it immediately I requested a refund and boy was it a hassle. The brighterlab team called me frustrated because i made some comments under a post on their YouTube channel, and they "Threaten me"-Told me apart of the contract which it is NOT.-that they would terminate the contract and keep my money and no refund will be given if I make any future bad remarks(which again it was about their finance team NOT Brighter lab)-The lady Kaylin who called wanted to be aurgumenative at first however I politely said just refund me my money and they did I received refund about 2 days later. The only reason they did is because they seen I had 2 social media pages with a medium following and were afraid of any potential backlash so they took no risk and refunded me. I say that to say this go else where I gave them a 2nd chance and they still can't be clear in there contracts or communicative. Smh DO NOT DO IT.

TRUST the 1-star Reviews:

From a Veteran: called brighter image 30 days before buying. Explained that I do not have teeth on my 3 sides of my mouth AND that I cannot chew food due to missing teeth. The CSR person told me they would send full mouth veneers- meaning veneers would allow me to chew food. brighter image did not do this. They sent the lower veneer with ONLY ONE extra tooth that would set next to my teeth. NOT a full lower mouth piece like the sent the upper veneer. Again, with the lower veneer I still could not chew food. Had 1 missing tooth front lower center- the lower veneer was cut way too short and food went right through it. The lower veneer did not fit right. The upper veneer would NOT stay in place and actually fell off my upper front teeth. I called many times and no employee would help me until I got the almighty Shelly at brighter image.
BI sent me a postcard to fill out to where to send. I added mu updated address. The company mailed my kit to an old address even though I sent the correct post card with my kit to where to ship. After months waiting on them to figure what happened…. They found the issue (they shipped to old address and NOT postcard address).
Again, neither veneers would work properly. NO ONE has EVER sent me 1 email on a warranty. Go to Dentist with accountability & support.
Their camera icon on Homepage failed to allow me to upload pics of my teeth. After a dozen calls/emails…. I pleaded with the angry Shelly for her to upload my pics into my File. That failed. Called about 6 times with that exact issue and 1 kind person walked me through the site to load my photos. NOT the camera icon on homepage. When AMX contacted Shelly at bi- she TOLD them I never returned the veneers. WOW. What deception. Again- both veneers failed and NO warranty here.
Here I am now 1 year later and zero response on fixing these two veneers. NOT 1 email to say bi would warrant my $1300 investment. Yeah FLEE to a local dentist.
Finally, I asked AMX to do a charge back. Same day I shipped two veneers to the angry Shelly at brighter image and she blocked my account and told AMX that I destroyed them. What DECEPTION shell. I did not get. My $1300+ nor new veneers. The power-tripper Shell told me they would sue. Me for $7500 if I did a charge back and that its HIDDEN in the very fine print. All I needed was my $1300+ or working veneers. I have neither. Also, I sent 11 proof documents that I shipped to bi. ZER. WHY would I destroy if I wanted my $1300 or veneers? response. NONE.
I cannot chew and during the process was told many times bi would create a full mouth piece (2). DECEPTION for me. I am beyond such betrayal by a US company. I will be ending my life very soon- 1 reason I cannot chew food. Chunks of food have destroyed my stomach. This is how shelly at brighter image treats a US Veteran. I think Bil did a decent job on my veneers except they are too big. There people that answer the phone for Brighter image lab isn't very nice at all. Terrible customer service that's so unfortunate.

Do not attempt to finance the veneers. You will be hit with additional fees that extend beyond what they say the down payment is. I am in the process of demanding a refund, I never signed the agreement, so we'll see how it goes.

Update: after almost 3 weeks, I was finally able to receive my refund.

Scammers and robbers
Do not go near these people as they are not an ethical company.I purchased top and bottom incredibils and although they looked nice they hurt like hell due to ill fitting.l could only wear them for ten minutes as my real teeth ached and my gums ached.They claim to work with you until you are happy with them but I sent mine back to adjusted and they claimed that the fedex parcel was empty and told me that there was nothing they could do They were signed for by Shelley ables and she claimed that they have a video of the parcel being opened showing an empty box with no veneers inside but refused to share with me .WHY !! If they were legit they surely would have been more than happy to share .this information They just claimed that the parcel was empty to get out of their promise to adjust the veneers as many times as required until I the customer was happy as they DONT Refund .Didnt offer to replace them and Shelley ables was the rudest angry person in customer services I’ve ever encountered.She didn’t offer any solution and when I had the audacity to complain that they had £1500.00 of mine with nothing to show for it she became unbelievably aggressive and shut my account and refused to communicate with me anymore .Mr Bil Watson who comes across as Mr caring on all his slick u tube videos don’t give a hoot about his customers.He just wants to line his pockets .I reached out to him as I genuinely thought he would care that his company was treating me like this but he didn’t respond.Please do not buy from them.Read all the better bureau reviews not his website reviews as they are all fake made up .I managed to get a charge back from my bank as brighter image lab refused to help in any way At least bill turpin wore a mask Bil Watson just robs you in plain sight .Shelley you are the worst model of customer service EVER !!!

Zero stars they are scammers. They portray themselves as top quality but they send you cheap plastic teeth that don't even fit. Stay away!

I would not recommend this company because of their misleading claims, practices and deceptive sales claims. DO NOT buy any of the uncharged items from their website. Their basically thieves that can't deliver on their commitments.

Amazing Veneers been a customer for 10 years they last and last very happy

It is a great product. It improved my smile a lot. Make sure you get the 2 year warranty because you will want to keep the veneers for many years and they may break.

I had liked my experience and veneers I received. However, after paying for additional insurance, if something went wrong and they broke, The company did not stand behind the insurance. Requested Unreasonable expectations that I later discovered were subject to them, deciding if they were going to replace. Instead, they wanted another purchase. They are far from the cheapest, and there are other companies out there that I would suggest after this experience. Not impressed beware consumers.

I’m so unhappy with the whole process with Brighter Image Labs. I can’t get the impressions right. I can’t get any help from the company. There’s no refund and I’ve been paying 70.00 a month for 12 months and have 2 payments left. I was sent a coupon but after I paid they contacted me and said it was a mistake and that I needed 200.00 more dollars. I still do not have any veneers. They don’t even care. They haven’t reached out to me and their customer service is horrible. Where is this Bill guy that supposedly cares about his customers. I’m almost done paying on mine, have no product and now they’re saying my warranty is up. I HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN THE VENEERS. If I could do someth8ng to get my money back, I would jump on it but this company makes sure that doesn’t happen. They keep peoples money that barely make it in this world. What a shame.

Everything was going great is now give them zero stars if I could the biggest problem everyone complained about was customer service and I didn’t know why at first mine was amazing and boom and of nowhere I get this customer service agent who was they worst I’ve ever experienced she could not understand that I wanted to think about about paying extra to upgrade my to be faster she kept pressuring me until I was upset and pointed out if you would read my email I said I would think about. She got all angry with me went to upper management and completely canceled my order now I’m waiting for my refund I’m not happy at all I did not want my order canceled I pointed out the communication breakdown I called there customer service line was told there’s nothing they could do to help me and told me to send a email I’ve sent several with no response back the reviews are correct customer service at brighter image labs is a complete joke and non existent do not waste your time or dealing with them huge let down I wish I had done more research and read more reviews before i gave them $1,608 dollars of my hard earned money

Hi, my name is Glen Blake from Australia,I stumbled upon bright image labs about four years ago and was excited to purchase the veneers and they have changed my life. The confidence that I have gotten with myself has been astounding.
I was slightly hesitant about doing this process from the other side of the world,but the team from brighter image labs just made the experience seamless and it happens so quickly.
I would recommend this product to any person that has any dental problems or self-esteem issues.

The veneers are not usable. They look really fake like something you would get for a Halloween costume. They refused to give a refund. It’s a scam.

I have gotten so many compliments on my new smile. They fit great easy to clean and affordable. I am on my second set.

Stole my money and didn’t provide product. $1300. Extremely hard to work with. Blocked my calls etc. beware….. just google the, you’ll see there are 1000s of peo0le who have been ripped off by them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would and am writing today to warn people who do not deserve to be scammed out of hard-earned money! My teeth took to many impressions in my opinion and I had help from a friend who was a dental hygienist who even said the directions were hard to follow! I paid the rush fees and they didn't come early, the staff was more than rude, the customer service was atrocious to state the least and in making you feel like a bother.
Worst is you can't contact a manager via phone to resolve issues of which they never intend to. The teeth were so fake looking ( not what was shown in the add; and false advertising in my opinion). They came way to tight I could not take it and they ripped a tooth out of my mouth. I was scheduled for a brain surgery due to a car accident and missed the 30-day window you get for a repair or adjustment, and they wanted more money to do so. What kind of a real company won't let you talk to the finance company? I guess the kind where to many callers and clients are upset!!! I paid over 3,000 700 cash up front that appears nowhere on the bills. To many dollars later they are messing up my credit score as a result of my refusal to pay for what I call "theft of services". People should not be treated this way, I am appalled, please run and do not do business with these scammers! You will be led to believe you're getting the best and you get less than quality product that does not fit your mouth and rips out your teeth! bad, bad, bad, and shame on them!

I have ordered the top and bottom veneers a few times and it definitely pays off in that I have a lot more confidence speaking publicly.

I ordered a set of veneers from the Brighter image lab. The veneers were made huge for my mouth and they looked very artificial. It was hard to close my mouth. I kept requesting to make them smaller but all in vain. The quality was very low as well, their communication team is good about responding however I didn't think this is the quality of veneers I would receive for paying a huge amount for them!
