I was introduced to Georgia Walton at Brightstar by my financial advisor for the second charge mortgage. Her approach was very professional and caring. spend time to understand my requirements and holistically evaluate the situation to submit a successful proposal for the lenders. Then the case was taken over by Amy Schofield, She was very reachable and kept me promptly updated on the status/progress and also coordinated additional information requests from the lender very efficiently.
Due to their prompt and proactive approach, I managed to successfully complete the mortgage in less than 2 week most importantly within the initial terms.

They delivered as it was promised at the beginning.

In the spirit of continuous improvement, I found Launchpad was less user-friendly, which they use to capture the initial information. However, Giorgia and Amy's efficient and smooth approach very well compensated for it.

I cannot recommend Jo Powell and her team highly enough.

My refinancing involved multiple lenders, solicitors, redemption statements, legal undertakings and a number of complex issues that required careful coordination between all parties. From the outset, Jo took the time to understand not only the details of the transaction but also the underlying objectives behind it.

Throughout the process, Jo was professional, patient, responsive and proactive.
