SCAM SITE…AVOID!!!
Ordered shoes based upon them saying delivery would be well before Feb. 14. Did not arrive. I contacted them and tried to cancel. They said I could not since already in transit. I checked with courier they were using and they had no knowledge of shipment. Contact Brilliant shoes again.They then said they had changed couriers. Checked with new couriers. Again they had no record of shipment. Based upon this I again requested to cancel order. They said I could not and I would have to wait for the shoes to arrive. They arrived today 27th Feb....wrong size and of very poor quality. Now having trouble returning and getting refund.AVOID its a scam!!!

Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. They sent a completely different pair of shoes to the ones I ordered and insisted I pay the postage to return them all the way to China no less! They’ve got to be kidding, they made the mistake and yet the customer has to pay out of their own pocket to return them! They offered a 20% refund if I kept them. Utterly disgusting and the UK needs to clamp down on these overseas companies posing as UK based and offering zero customer service when they make a mistake like this. Thankfully PayPal intervened and I got a refund but it shouldn’t have to be this way. Dreadful scammers, do not buy from them.

Wish I'd checked the reviews here first. All manmade materials, very lightweight, flimsy and resemblance to the advert is minimal. You certainly get what you pay for. Absolute rubbish

Not as advertised
Boots are not leather as advertised. They are pvc or similar. They are lightweight and use only as slippers Soles are so thin you can feel small bits of grit under foot when walking on tarmac.

looking at their ad it says that the shoes are made of leather, but they don't look like leather in the photo and claim they are made of 'breathable' material, yeh right, NOT.
