If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered brown wedge Chelsea boots. Received totally different boots. Emailed 4 times with no reply. Chinese scam. Disgusting. Do not buy from these. What a bunch of rip off thieves you are. Don't know how you sleep at night. Please please do not order from these filthy scammers.

DO NOT BUY from this company say they are UK Shoes but in fact rubbish shoes from Shanghai, China. Asked for a refund and they refunded me £1.80 and I'd spent £30. Never refunded for shoes that were sent a size bigger than I asked for.

I was interested in their products but now I am continually being targeted again and again with pressurising emails and their 'unsubscribe' conveniently does not work so you harassed for ever. What a business, I shall not be supporting them.

Horrible company. I bought a pair of shoes, they sent the wrong size, and now they’re charging me for shipping to get my money back. I don’t know how a company like this is still managing to sell here in the UK. Someone needs to do something, because they are ripping so many people off. Don’t buy from this company.

They sent me a completely different pair of sandals to what I ordered and are refusing to either give me a full refund or send me the product i ordered .

If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered a pair of sandals for my mums birthday they have yet to come after reading these reviews I now doubt I will even receive them. I do not believe this is a uk company as when I try and track my order there is Chinese writing at the top. Please avoid this website and purchasing at all costs.

I paid £22.98 for a pair of shoes, thinking that because the title was OUTLET UK it was a UK business. Very wrong it is a Chinese business . The shoes came they were so narrow most westerners would not get their feet in them I tried to return them to be told I would have to pay return costs. This turned out to be £29.00 to send them back to CHINA. OUTLET UK refused to pay any return costs to enable me to do this.

Placed order one week ago - thinking UK company due to .co.uk address - not a sign of them - no confirmation emails etc.... if I actually receive them I guess they are going to be rubbish as per the reviews (lesson learned - read reviews before purchase!!!).

I paid for 2 pairs of sandals they both came wrong size but they won't refund money and won't answer my emails DO NOT USE THEM

Total scammers. Sandals nothing like advertised and can’t get hold of company to return items. I purchased 2 paired of sandals which arrived with no paper work whatsoever. Finally tracked down supplier have emailed twice under their so called “30 day satisfaction guarantee “ and no reply. Sandals are such poor quality I can’t even fasten them around my ankles. Trading Standards have been informed and I have raised a fraudulent transaction with me bank.

Pair of jelly style sandals bought from Instagram shop referred to as Grensonmall. What arrived was a completely different type of shoe in the same style but made of a non-rubber material and in completely different colours. I requested a replacement, refund or exchange and was told I could have 10% off a next order. On further complaining I was told I could send the incorrect item back to China with very many restrictions on what they would accept back and only then they would decide if refund was appropriate. To remind you, they sent completely the wrong shoes and should therefore clearly replace them or refund. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

The orthopaedic shoes are not worth buying as quality is very poor. The wrong size was sent and the company refused to refund. No free return or free exchange as advertised. This company is based in China and therefore it is impossible to get any redress from them. Would have given them less than one star if that was possible.

Definitely do not buy from this organisation - ordered two pairs of shoes and 2 sets of 2 pairs of bras. First the shoes - one pair was supposed to be leather orthopaedic sandals, what I received was a pair of cheap material sandals, the other was incorrectly sized and as a consequence unwearable. The bras are great but not the colours ordered. After contacting them requesting an return address so as to gain a refund - DEAFENING SILENCE

I ordered 2 pairs of supposedly orthopaedic sandals which duly arrived after a couple of weeks. When I put them on to wear for the first time I noticed the shoe was coming unstuck from the sole on both pairs. Like others have said I was offered a 10% and a £10 voucher towards any future purchase. I declined and asked for a refund and was told I had to return them to China at my own expense. So now I am left with 2 pairs of useless sandals. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY WITH CHEAP SHODDY PRODUCTS.

Wish I would have came here first. Duped on instagram. What arrived was rubbish- no contact phone number. No response from them. Waste of money. The only thing right was the size.

Order a pair of shoes size 39 but was sent size 41.
Have complained about but after several emails back and forth still nothing they have offered from 10% (to 20% or send them back at my own cost

I placed an order 8 weeks ago for a pair of shoes I am still not in receipt of them.
And they haven’t even replied to my emails avoid at all cost wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered a pair of sandals on the 2nd of June from this company and received a confirmation email with a tracking facility but it only says that my order has been shipped over a week ago and nothing since. I have emailed the company twice with absolutely no response. Do not recommend

Do not buy from this company !! My shoes eventually arrived and were nothing like advertised !! Very poor quality and make !! I have emailed them several times regarding return and refund and have heard nothing back !! A complete scam !! Beware !!

My order has not arrived. The tracking number they have provided is for someone else. I have been given the details of that person but clearly cannot chase it up as the label clearly is addressed to her. Been chasing this up for just over a month. I have probably lost my money. Please be aware. I will never purchase from this company.
