If I could have given ZERO stars I would I wish I had read the reviews before I was SCAMMED. Banks should be able to chargeback these SCAM merchants.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I paid for brown leather boots and received plastic purple boots!! Yuk. Unable to contact, this is not a UK company it is Chinese (if they're a company at all). You can't contact them only buy from them. No dispatch note in package and label on outside is in Chinese. Can't return through Evri as it doesn't recognise "company" name, it is shipped by a third company and not direct (another red flag) be very careful as your money WILL be lost unless you purchase through PayPal, which I did thankfully. Please be aware and tell your friends xx

Brand WIWIDANG, same product, even listed as "Women's Waterproof Orthopedic Warm Boots".

The best part is, they're not even waterproof, according to Amazon reviews.

Blatant scam, using Facebook ads to try and trick people, who wouldn't research elsewhere.

Do not buy off this site.it isnt uk store thats false.all goods are from hong kong.you get no return label, no address ,goods are rubbish .i paid £24.97 and same thing on temu £4.55

In my opinion exceptionally disappointing customer service and experience of purchasing from this outlet.

Scam company not in UK. Ordered size 6 shoes. Received size 7. They will not provide return address or cover return cost when the fault lies with them

1. This is NOT a UK company but from China

2. The boots took over 3 weeks to arrive

3. Customer service is very slow.
4. I asked to return boots as too tight on my toes. Was basically told it would cost me a high postage fee to return and it was unlikely they would receive them As would get lost in post!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago received an order confirmation email, they said that I would receive a tracking number didn't get it ,and haven't received my order, I have sent several emails asking when I will receive it but have not received any reply.

I didn't receive my sandals I ordered because yodel left them on my door step( no garden), and the parcel got taken by someone.
They are not willing to give me a refund and stating in email correspondence I should contact Yodel for compensation!!!

Shoe sizes inaccurate. Marketing is very misleading says orthopedic!

Customer support ignoring my request to return!

I purchased shoes from Outletsshoe.co.uk after seeing a Facebook advert that presented the company as UK-based. What I received was not the size I ordered and completely unwearable.

When I requested a refund, the seller only offered 20% back unless I paid to return the items to Shenzhen, China — postage that would cost more than the shoes themselves. This was not clear at the point of sale and is deliberately misleading.

The website also links to other domains (wintershoe.co.uk, orthshoe.co.uk) which appear to be part of the same network, making it even harder for customers to trace who they are really dealing with.

PayPal initially refused my claim because I couldn’t provide return tracking to China, but UK consumer law is clear: when goods are not as described, the seller must cover return costs. This business is exploiting loopholes to avoid refunding customers properly.

Warning: Do not order from this company. Their adverts are deceptive, their refund policy is worthless, and you will struggle to get your money back.

PLEASE,please be very wary of purchasing from this source Because a zero rating isn’t allowed I have to rate one. This post is on behalf of a client. I write as her foot practitioner. The particular shoes she ordered were overpriced, sub- standard and the incorrect size on the packaging. The parent company in China is obstructive and unco-operative. Don’t fare any better with the UK agent. Be warned

Paid £4.99 for fast delivery, arrived 18 days later.
UK company, footwear came from China.
Can't say poor quality, there not that good. Cheap plastic tat. Inner sole made from, lord knows what.

I definitely would not order from here as I never received my parcel and I have been emailing them for my refund. But they will not give me my refund so I am out of pocket. This company is a joke and the customer service is absolutely shocking. AVOID at all costs.

WARNING DON'T BUY FROM THESE

We ordered sandals from this UK site ( it's not UK it's China ) first order got lost, second order arrived after several emails but they sent the wrong ones and would only refund if I sent them back to china tracked costing me £17.50 postage that they would not pay:-( offered 25% money back to keep shoes and that is final offer. Sandals were cheap and nasty so thrown in the bin. DON'T GET CAUGHT!!!!!

Shoes not true to size offered 25% refund because they don't want to pay refund postage. Very poor customer service.
State easy refund but then make you return to China. Up to ordering it gives the impression its a company in th UK!

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals, arrived but both different sizes to what I had ordered and 1 pair was damaged. Emailed them immediately to get a return label and request a refund but was emailed back offering a £5.00 refund on next order, having refused they then offered me a 20% refund which again I refused. My emails are now going unanswered. Despicable people who don't deserve any stars

I received navy blue sandals which were described by the company as orthopaedic and having breathable innersoles. Nothing like advertised, no cushion comfort in the soles whatsoever or arch support. I have NEVER been so disappointed and feel completely misled. There is no way to get in touch with the supplier. I should have read the reviews first and saved my time and money.
