Over a week ,no tracking or response to messages and emails where my order is ,can't find a telephone number, terrible 😡

I wouldn't even have given it a 1star I ordered 2pairs of trainers on the 7th of April have not received the items have contacted several times with no reply so no goods and out of pocket

Sent wrong sizes absolutely shocking company. Can't get hold of anyone to speak to no customer service. They should be shut down.

The sandals they sent, after 3 weeks of waiting, are nothing like the photos. They are not wide fitting, even my 8 year old granddaughter struggled to fasten them. The stitching is poor. There is no refund link on their website. Very dodgy - avoid!

Last February I ordered a pair of casual shoes approximately two weeks before I was going on holiday. I thought that as they were a UK company my shoes would arrive in time. As the time got closer and they hadn’t arrived I chased them. I got a conciliatory reply but no indication of when they would arrive. So I tried to cancel. They told me that as the goods had been despatched I could not cancel but, on receipt, I could return them for a full refund to an address in CHINA - and at my own cost. A quick review of carriage charges showed me that it would cost more to return them than they were worth. They arrived after I had left for my holiday and, when I returned 5 weeks later, I tried them on. They look nice but the quality is utter garbage. I emailed them to let them know and they offered me a 10% refund with no return necessary which I accepted as this was the best case scenario.

I ordered a size 6 and they sent a 7.5. Absolutely no use whatsoever. Can't seem to get details for returning but now see from comments that the product will probably cost more to send back than it was to purchase. Supposed to be good arch support but definitely not. Wish I had read the reviews first - you learn by your mistakes! Do not recommend.

I ordered a pair of ankle boots on the 4th February, which should have taken 10 days after almost three weeks they had not arrived, I contacted them and was told to contact the carrier who informed me by a recorded message they had been posted through my letterbox which, is impossible given the size. The shoe company told me to upload ther answer, again impossible to upload a recorded message. Eventually they offered a fifty percent refund if I uploaded proof from carrier. The shoe firm by law are required to issue a full refund, its their problem between them and the carrier

Disappointing, I thought I ordered EU size 44, when they came they were size 43. No good for me , so it sounds as though local charity shop will benefit! I never learn not to buy from Instagram or Facebook...

This is not a UK company it is based in China.I put a dispute in with Paypal. Shoeoutlet said they would give me a full refund but I had to pay for the return because it was to expensive for them. I refused because it was their error as they sent me the wrong item in the first place, plus it would cost me £20 to return it to them. They offered me a 30% refund with no return I accepted and as soon as they knew Paypal closed the dispute they blocked all my e-mails. Terrible company.I would never recommend this compant to anyone.

This company masquerades as a British company but is actually Chinese. They accept all orders and take your money regardless of whether they have the goods in stock. They then send out whatever they choose. One pair of shoes I received were one size too large but the other pair were 4 sizes bigger and neither were the wide fit I ordered. As soon as you complain, you are offered a full refund if YOU pay the postage back to China. They offer between 10-30% refund if you prefer to keep the wrong sized footwear rather than spending nearly the cost of the goods in return postage. The customer loses out either way. They do not respond to any of the points made in emails, so I don't think they even read them. Their T&C's say they abide by British law. They don't! Avoid this company at all costs!

I'm annoyed with myself for "taken in" by this company. Ordered two pairs on 1st Dec - should have suspected something was wrong with this coy purporting to be UK based with their emails and logo - packages eventually arrived 22 Dec with excuses about weather etc. Quality not so good and one pair is two sizes smaller than ordered - their reply "return them to an address in China at my expense and make sure package is tracked and cheap so they don't get charged" !!!!!!! The problem is their fault Avoid avoid avoid this company

Scam site. Also ordered through a FB advert. Shipped but disappeared. It's also not a UK site, it's a drop shipping site and no way to contact them.

I have to make good my previous review written earlier this month. The shoes arrived in good shape. The company responded to my emails to say there is a delay in delivery owing to weather etc. I am pleased with the product, though the size of the shoe was slightly bigger for my feet. It’s always risky to buy shoes without trying on. But I am happy it was not a scam. Thank you Shoesoutlet.

I ordered some waterproof orthopaedic boots 4 weeks ago and still not arrived though apparently shipped. Impossible to track order. No reply to email. I’m so angry being taken in by a FB advert never ever again 😡
