Great communication from the owner right at the start. Requested a quote for an installation on 4 rooms windows and everything went very smoothly.
Standard of work on the installation is fantastic, the windows look almost brand new again and I am very happy with the final product.
The living room is noticeably more comfortable and feels much less of a heat trap by the piercing morning sun.
Easily recommended to anyone trying to decide on whether to have this done on their windows at home.

Joe came across as trustworthy and knowledgeable which gave me confidence to go with this company. His colleague Steve was very pleasant too, they cleaned up after themselves which is always good. A slight delay in communication having to go through a secretary, but it all worked out.

From initial enquiry to installation, this was a most professional service. Joe made a site visit to discuss requirements and make a detailed survey. Other companies that I approached did neither of these things.
After discussion, 3M Prestige 50 film was agreed to be the best product to manage the solar gain experienced by my property. A fully priced estimate was provided and, on its acceptance, a firm installation date agreed.
The installation was executed with care and precision, always keeping the work area tidy.

Great service from first contact to fitting completion. Lisa and Joe were brilliant to deal with and we would highly recommend them. The UV film has made a big difference to the extreme heat in the hallway and family room and we are now contemplating having more windows done.

In this summer of extreme heat we have been struggling to keep our house cool, a few years ago we had an extension built with bifold doors and Velux windows. While the light is lovely, on recent hot days we realised we had effectively created a greenhouse and opening the doors just allowed the external heat in. We have blinds but even walking near these it was possible to feel the heat.

I contacted Brilliant regarding a solution,
I specifically did not want to change the appearance of the windows or tint them as in the less hot times of the year we wanted the light in the room.

Joe was very helpful, professional and always arrived on time and delivered on his commitments. Initially he came round to survey our home and suggested a couple of film options and left a sample so we could see it in different light on our windows. We opted for the highest visible light pass through, which blocks a significant proportion of infra red light reducing heat and almost all ultraviolet light stopping the fading of our floor and furnishings.

We have now lived with the film for a month and there is no doubt it has significantly reduced the heat in the room. We don’t have to use the blinds so it’s not necessary to sit in the dark in order to keep some of the heat out and,
if we do use them, they don’t feel hot like they used to. The UV benefits will take time to prove but I have no doubt
It will be equally effective.

A 10 year 3M warranty for external film adds to the knowledge that it will offer long term benefits.

I have no hesitation in recommending Brilliant, Joe and the films that they fit.

I cannot recommend Brilliant Window Films highly enough. Joe was absolutely superb, super helpful and managed to fit us in quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Joe was very pleasant and gave us good advice on what we would require to bring down the heat in our conservatory, gladly it's worked, 56 degrees top temp with doors shut to 36 degrees.

Joe and Austin worked tirelessly in the extreme heat to install the film to our conservatory roof, very pleased with the finished result. Will enable us to use the conservatory more frequently.

Joe and Lisa have been a pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry to installation today, only been a few weeks at most and probably quicker than that. Polite, professional quick response, Joe clearly knows his stuff, and in my opinion very fairly priced for a great product. I have had solar film fitted externally and frosting inside to help my dog not react to passers by etc. When I came home today and walked into the lounge (south west facing and incredibly hot) it was an incredible difference in temperature and had only been on a few hours! Aesthetically looks brilliant too. Very happy to recommend and have passed details to 2 others already. Fantastic local business that I’m very happy to have supported.
