I've rented my current home through Bristol Residential Letting Company since December 2018 and have had nothing but good service from them.

Property Manager Gemma McLaughlin always responds quickly when necessary, and manages any situation that might develop calmly and efficiently, backed up in an equally friendly manner by her colleagues in the Southville branch.

I’ve rented a flat as a tenant through BRLC for several years, and have been happy with the service throughout.

Andy has been an attentive property manager, keeping me up to date on any maintenance, being attentive to issues, and maintaining the property to a high standard.

I have been very impressed in the 4 years that BRL have managed my property. Aimee in particular has been excellent in all aspects of management with superb communication and has resolved any issues quickly and efficiently.

She arranges all repairs efficiently, and even when it seemed next to impossible to find a contractor with the skills to fix our windows, she persevered until she found one. Not to mention her amazing friendly and pleasant personality.

Absolutely brilliant letting team. I have used a number of letting agents in Bristol before, and given that I live overseas, I rely quite heavily on my letting agent. BRL are by far the best agent in Bristol. They are responsive, follow through on actions, stay in communication with clients on issues, are consistent and accountable on every action. This is a very rare thing. Service cannot be faulted. Especially my PoC - Freya.
