Bruce's Doggy Day Care Reviews 

On our taster session to Bruce’s I was impressed by the set up with its range of outdoor activity areas for dogs.
The staff I met were all lovely and I was reassured my dog would be in good hands

Our puppy has separation anxiety, and decided to give us a break by putting her into Bruce’s for one day a week. She absolutely loves it, can’t wait to go in and doesn’t even look back. She seems to have a great day with all the activities and comes home exhausted and happy.
We are delighted.

My dog always runs into daycare and I have so much faith that she is well looked after. I love the open days that they have where we meet the staff and look around the centre at Ditchling. We get a lot of feedback from the staff and also pictures each week of our dog's time at the centre. I would highly recommend Bruce's.

Bert has been going to Bruces Woodcote Green for 3 years now and he absolutely loves it. And I love how happy and excited he is to go. The staff are sooo helpful - on several occasions now I've had to jiggle my days around and they are always so accommodating. I love going to their open days / fun days too. Cannot reccomend highly enough.

Barney love it he looks out very Monday till he see the bus then runs to the door and pulls to get to the van He is going to miss going after next week when you close

Luna has been going to Bruce’s since December 2019, so almost seven years now, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

She joined Bruce’s as an older dog and is now an incredible 16½ years old, but she still absolutely loves her days there! I genuinely believe continuing to go to daycare has helped keep her active, stimulated and full of energy as she’s got older.

What I particularly appreciate is how well the whole Bruce’s team knows and looks after Luna. They keep such a close eye on the dogs and make sure they’re in the right groups and areas for their age, energy levels and individual needs. As Luna has become a very senior lady, that gives me so much confidence that she is not only having fun but is being properly looked after too.

I also absolutely love the Bruce’s app. It’s almost like a little Facebook for the dogs, with photos from their daycare days. After nearly seven years, we have such a lovely collection of pictures of Luna enjoying herself over the years, which is really special to have.

Seeing my 16½-year-old girl still excited to go to Bruce’s says everything. A huge thank you to the whole team for taking such wonderful care of her all these years. ❤️🐾

I’ve been really happy my dog gets very excited during collection staff are so lovely and honestly show so much care.
I put my dog into dog day care because she’s an anxious dog and I’m wanting her to build her confidence with people the staff have been such a blessing and I’ve noticed Bella is getting more confident.
Also my dog isn’t great off lead and runs off when I take her out on walks and not having a garden either this gives my dog a safe environment to run around safely and be socialised with other dogs.
Bella has been so happy and the pictures are amazing too and it’s so rewarding seeing Bella improve.
I did see bad reviews and stuff but honestly no one should paint everyone under the same brush if you meet the staff you will see how lovely they are as they do generally care and I trust them with my dog.

Bruce’s is great. Not only does my dog absolutely adore going, the customer service is fabulous - not something I usually say in any reviews!!

Bruce's are professional and provide an excellent service, our dog Reggie absolutely loves attending and has been doing so since he was a puppy, he is 9.5 years old. He is especially fond of his doggy bus driver Peter K who always goes the extra mile to make sure Reggie is looked after.Bruce' has no end of interesting and fun packed activities for your dog and I highly recommend them.

Our dog has been attending Bruce's since she was a few months old and loves it there. She's always excited when she's picked up and tired when she gets home. We love the photos we receive each week and when we visit she seems genuinely happy there. All of the staff are caring and clearly love dogs.

The most excited I ever see my dogs is when I come home from a trip and haven’t seen them in a few days or more. The second most excited I see them is when the Doggy Bus from Bruce’s rings my doorbell.

Bear came home happy and exhausted! He is also getting less anxious when he sees other dogs at the park, now he’s socialising more. Very happy.

We love Bruce’s. A great service and we trust them completely. They’re always kind and cheerful and we are so grateful.

We were so happy that we were able to book a sleepover for our labrador Sindy with superstar driver Izzy last month. It enabled us to attend our grandson’s christening in Somerset knowing that Sindy was having a whale of a time and being expertly cared for. Thank you so much Izzy!

Brilliant caring, friendly staff. I love how they’re always thinking of events for the dogs . The 5yr + party was full of fun , food and cake. The Cookham team are the best at what Bruce’s offer as a daycare, I know Barney is in good hands from the time he’s picked up to the time he’s dropped off with fun activities inbetween.

I would never send my three dogs here. I was by the field in Cobham where the dogs are kept and allowed to run around, on the golf course side and I found the noise extremely upsetting. Several dogs were howling and sounded visibly agitated and distressed.

I appreciate that dogs can naturally make noise, but the level of howling and agitation I heard was concerning and would make me very uncomfortable leaving my own dogs there. Based on what i heard, I would not feel confident using this place for my dogs.

Another thing to quickly add I have never seen a Bruce’s van drive at the allowed speed limit.

Nanuk loves it - waits for the school bus arriving with huge excitement and is in love with the people who care for him. He’s not a husky to hide his feelings! He’s happily exhausted when he gets back.

Really friendly staff and very confident with my dog. he was made to feel super welcome and all the photos show the fun he had! Also the app works well to keep you updated and to be able to manage your account flexibly.
Would totally recommend.

Folks have been using Bruce’s Woodcote to care of our canine child. He feels at home in their care and comes and goes as a happy boy.
The entire service is centered around providing a safe and enjoyable environment for the pets.
If you are considering someone to take care of your loved one while you can’t I would strongly urge you to consider them
The staff and location are excellent and put me at ease when it comes to caring for my boy!
