The prices were good but the packaging was poor. It was like they just threw everything in an open box. All the button cell batteries had bounced around and the blister packs were torn open. They also made a substitution which is questionable. I ordered six packages of Duracell Procell AA batteries and they sent 5 Duracell Procell packages and one Energizer Industrial package. I guess they are equivalent, but that is not what I ordered.

They had the best price, low shipping cost and fast shipping. Great internet company to shop from.

I needed a replacement battery for the alarm system at work. The alarm company wanted quite a bit for one + installation. I found Budget Batteries on the internet and it was easy to find and order and I received it very promptly. Excellent rating.

Called budget batteries to confirm the type of battery I wanted to order was correct for the application. Got a real live person at the other end who answered ALL of my questions.
I ordered the battery and was advised, via e-mail, that the battery had been mailed and would arrive in a few days. It arrived as promised and works just fine in my Streamlight flashlight. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely consider ordering batteries again from this very efficient company.

The web interface was straightforward ad simple to use. I purchased what I wanted, and shortly after it arrived, well within the time limit specified, and in good condition [which is lucky since UPS is the only option]. I wish they had a USPS option, but I understand that it may not be an option for some items. I'd certainly buy from these guys again.]

Where do we start?
1. They don't sell original merchanise but rather cheap knock-offs
2. They don't let you know that when you order from them
3. They are expensive for what you get. I ordered from them as they were the cheapest price - by a few pennies - for the real branded batteries I thought I was odering. They're prices are through the roof for the cheap knock-offs the actually deliver.
4. Customer service is not helpful - they won't provide the item ordered and will only take back their shoddy merchandise if I ship it there myself and subject to a restocking fee.

All around terrible experience - avoid at all costs.

Took them almost 2 weeks to JUST to send an in stock battery out and refuse to be fair on returning it. 20 days to get it to my house!

I ordered AA batteries, but they shipped AAA batteries. So I called and they said they would ship the correct batteries. The second shipment was also AAA batteries. When I called again, the manager Abe told me I could pay for a return shipment of the AAA batteries myself, and when they were received he would then ship me the correct batteries. This was totally unacceptable to me since it was their mistake, so he said I could email a photo of both incorrect shipments. He did not apologize, and instead told me that they "weren't in the business of giving away free batteries". Outrageous and rude! I sent the photo and am awaiting his response and the correct batteries. Of course, in the meantime I haven't been able to use my cordless phone. I will never shop here again!

I purchase a battery from their site and it didn't fit the device they said it would, it took three weeks for them to approve the return, they have no received the battery back and yet they still refuse to refund my money. Don't use them! Spend the extra buck and buy it from Amazon or similar.
