I requested that Madison at Buildsafe attended to an urgent item. I was thoroughly impressed within a day or so what I had requested had been completed which exceeded my expectations. Thank you Madison!

So Far this has been the worst service we have ever encountered. We have used NHBC, BLP and Premier which are all far superior.
Main issues have been no inspector bothering to turn up after agreed appointments, Reports not being sent when they should, then being lost. The final and worse experience is trying to get sign off as no one wants to take any responsibility what so ever.
Worse is the additional interest payments we have to pay due to ICW being completely not fit for purpose.

Buildsafe navigated me through a very stressful period with complete confidence and assurance. They remained approachable at all times to answer questions and chase the various parties.
We got there in the end
Thank You !

Maddie has been amazing - under very tight timeframes she sorted out problem after problem. I can't rate her highly enough.

The team are very helpful and pleasant to deal with, Jenny Wilson helped get the documents turned around quickly.

We had an exceptional experience working with Jenny, Her professionalism, diligence, and patience made the long and difficult process a lot easier. Her diligence and willingness to help with acquiring warranty was truly outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience of working and liaising with Jenny.

I had an amazing experience working with Jenny, Leah and the Buildsafe team. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. What truly stood out was their commitment to securing the best possible outcome for me and how responsive they were throughout the entire process.

Even though we had a tough time with a contractor liquidating, the team were on hand to help overcome the hurdles that came up. l will be using you again!
Best Regards

I would like to say what a pleasant experience it was dealing with Madison Phillips.

She is an excellent communicator with a nice mix of friendly professionalism. A positive outcome for her clients is at the top of her agenda.

Many Thanks

It was always a pleasure dealing with the staff, who were patient and extremely helpful and guided me every step of the way. We felt we had a fair price for the amount of work Build Zone did and all the advice given along the build

Natalia was very helpful and assisted us in getting all of the documentation in place and was very prompt in chasing up additional details.

I had the pleasure of working with Maddison and was thoroughly impressed with the level of support and dedication shown throughout the process of securing our warranty.

Thanks a lot!

Really easy to deal with and help push things through when needed. I’ve used them for a number of developments now and can’t think of any single complaint! Great work!

Excellent company, clear, fast communication throughout
Detailed updates on progress throughout our house build

Dominique and the team at Buildsafe were fantastic and really helped myself and my client in arranging a structural warranty. We needed the warranty in place for the property sale to complete and Buildsafe went above and beyond to get the warranty finalised which they did in record time! I can highly recommend Buildsafe and would not hesitate to use them again for structural warranty requirements.

Arran & Maddie where first class, we needed a warranty very quickly as it was holding up our sale and they both pulled out all the stops to make this journey a lot smoother, Buildsafe are a top class organisation you will not be disappointed

Good communication throughout the process
