The care and attention I received from my hygienist Rachel was outstanding.
The whole team gave great customer service

They don't take into account people's fear, I felt the appointment was rushed, no chance for numbing cream to work on my gums so when she jabbed me I just shut down. Seriously traumatised from the whole experience. It's not a stupid fear because I've had invasive surgeries & never felt the way I did here.

I have been with my dentist since he started at the practice. He is professional and friendly. He is very supportive tells me clearly what treatment is needed and why. Receptionists are also friendly and ready to help.

In Southgate Street Winchester, there is a lovely bright, welcoming Bupa dental surgery. All the staff are kind, helpful and professional. The waiting room is very comfortable, clean and peaceful, and you don't usually have to wait long before seeing your nice dentist.

I find the staff at the Bupa dental surgery in Pentwyn ,Cardiff to be pleasant, caring, and friendly. The staff are ALL very pleasant.
As a disabled patient ,I walk with a walker,I find the forecourt extremely difficult to navigate. I have to go right round instead of walking straight up because the vets next door put a fence up.

I was expecting a tough time in the dentist's chair as my back molar, which needed to be withdrawn, was crumbling, but the concern I had proved to be misplayed as the extraction was handled in a highly professional manner, by the practice dentist, in a matter of moments.

The service I received was really good, I’m a nervous patient, but the dentist Richard and nurse Erin both put me at ease. I was seen within the hour of making contact with an urgent extraction following a night of severe pain.
