I bought a light weight Burberry scarf expecting an investment piece only to find after 3 days of wear they it’s fraying at a shocking rate. I don’t want to wear it in fear of it deteriorating further. I’m so disappointed in the product and the customer services. This is my last Burberry purchase!

I have spent a lot of money with Burberry. I went into an outlet store at Premium in Orlando on Black Friday after waiting in a long, but expected, line and purchased a shirt. It was too large so I attempted to return it. First with only 3 people shopping we had to wait outside for several minutes. When we entered and advised of the request, I was told no returns and that it was on the receipt. I normally shop in the main store so I was surprised.
I called CS and spoke with Abbie who was a great CS agent I verified before leaving the store that the blouse could be returned, not exchanged, by VICTORIA . It makes no sense to say that the disclosure is on the receipt because by that time you have already taken my money knowingly and fraudulently. In addition there is NO notice on the exterior of the store or inside that tells a customer same.
This , along with the other reviews, is not a good look for Burberry’s brand or communication. As a law professional, I WILL spread the word !

I bought a bag from the Woodbury outlet after saving a lot of money. The person who checked me out did not bother with my personal details. A year later the color of the leather is faded and the handles broken . They will not help me not take onus of the repair. Even Tory and Ralph Lauren help their customers if a subpar product had been delivered
Poor customer service
I purchased a coat for my son. After wearing only a few times, logo came off. Customer service and store manager refused to help. Such a disappointment that Burberry isn’t the quality it used to be

outrageous service. ordered a £2,000 shoes two weeks ago. every customer service operator tells me a different thing. one said it's ready to be shipped, one it's gonna be shipped tomorrow and one that it hasn't even reached their warehouse yet. no updates at all. colleagues promise to give a call back and nothing happens. ridiculous how such an expensive brand sucks at any customer service whatsoever. i've ordered before from places like louboutin that comes straight from italy and it arrived within 3-4 days.

Logo of $1000 jacket pealing off. I have barely worn the jacket (less than 10 times). I went in to ask if they can fix it and they told me the logo is coming off because I am wearing a cross strap that must be rubbing against it. I don’t wear a cross strap or backpack and they told me they can’t repair it and there is nothing I can do. The quality of the jacket is quite poor. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They refused to accept the dry cleaners report stating there was an issue with the bonding in my rain coat. Burberry refused to look at the coat to start with, then said the marks that appeared after dry cleaning were due to me storing the coat incorrectly ( it was stored in the coat bag I purchased it in)
I wrote to the head of customer service and they didn’t bother replying to me. I now have a rain coat I cannot wear which cost me over £2000.
The dry cleaners that commissioned the report previously worked for Burberry.
Don’t purchase anything from them you WILL REGRET IT!!!

Ho acquistato presso Burberry svariate volte, ma alla prima volta che ho avuto bisogno del servizio clienti nessuno é stato in grado di risolvere il mio problema (una semplicissima riparazione dovuta ad un difetto di fabbrica). Dopo questa pessima esperienza mi rivolgerò di sicuro alla concorrenza. State attenti perché la garanzia di 24 mesi non c’è quindi qualunque riparazione é a carico vostro.

Made an order on website, had some issues with it, looked like website problem, sent email to customer service and got a message back with something not entirely relevant to my complaint.

Burberry products are not well made and…
Burberry products are not well made and they do not stand behind the quality of their merchandise. If something is wrong they will give you a run around, then tell you there is nothing they can do. Their corporate location is no help either, spoke to a person named Austin, talked me around in circles and told me they stand behind the retail location decision to not do anything with the defective product. These positive reviews online are not accurate, most probably Burberry paying people to write them. Do not support this company!
Time consuming and worst customer service
Worst ever, they are just time-consuming. I purchased an available item, but they haven't delivered it to me, and they cancelled themselves after two days they just tell me to know to wait for my money or contact my bank to find out when my refund will come into my bank account. After making me wait for two days they advised this so why is that available for customers to purchase it then if that's not available!!! Never shop with them again..

I bought a man shoes from Burberry and after I wear in a rainy day the shoes got stains from a black leather part of the shoes I contact Burberry and they told me to take to their store and when I got there they don’t know what to do with situation and ask me to leave my shoes there after a week I call the store asking about my situation. And they just told me that was my fault and I tried to argue with them I have the shoe box and tag and everything, it was clearly a problem from the brand and they told me to take my shoes and go home that was very bad experience I would never buy their products again in my life.

Site honteux et malhonnête
Ce site est une honte. J'ai commandé un sac fin juillet que j'ai finalement retourné car la taille ne me convenait pas. Le colis a été perdu lors du retour par UPS, l'enquête à bien conclu à la perte du colis mais Burberry refuse de me rembourser car ils n'ont pas reçu le sac en question. Une honte, à fuir au plus vite.

Service "clients" lamentable ! Impossible d'acheter une nouvelle ceinture (perdue lors d'un voyage) pour mon trench car je n'ai pas conservé la facture d'il y a 5 ans ... Malgré les photos demandées et transmises ! Aucune solution proposée par des interlocuteurs très peu professionnels.

Burberry service is a joke. Feel sad that I had to spend about 20k to learn this fact. I am done with them, not worth my business. I will spend it on some company who takes ownership and believes in customer service.
No customer service
Ordered a fairly expensive item. It was shipped via UPS. When I went to pick up the box, it felt very light. Realized the box was damaged and actually showed it to the person at the UPS pickup point who agreed. The box was empty. Basically all Burberry offered was opening a UPS claim. I paid $1100+ dollars and am left with no item and no customer service. I own several Burberry items, but will certainly never buy from them again.
