Schlechtester Kundenservice aller Zeiten.
Meine Bestellung wurde am 11.7.2022 mit EXPRESSVERSAND geordert und erst nach 8 Tagen versandt (10 Tage später noch NICHT zugestellt).
Als ich nach 4 Tagen nachhakte warum die Bestellung noch nicht versandt war, teilte man mir mit dass ich die Sendung am 19.7.2022 erhalten würde.
Als ich sie am 19.7.2022 noch immer nicht erhielt, versprach man mir die Zustellung am 20.7.2022 und ein Entgegenkommen. Diesbezüglich würde man mich per Mail kontaktieren.
Jetzt am 21.7.2022 habe ich weder eine Mail, noch die Bestellung erhalten.
Der Kundenservice verhält sich schnippisch und hält seine Versprechen nicht ein.
Ich werde in Zukunft Abstand von Burberry nehmen und rate jedem dazu, es mir geich zu tun.
Wenn ich bei einer Luxusmarke einkaufe möchte ich nicht wie bei Footlocker behandelt werden.

I ordered an item for next day delivery by their online messenger team Anna.
My order had not been processed when I enquired with customer service team Claudia I was told I can not cancel and the item will not get to be today, maybe tomorrow and maybe Monday 3 days after arrival date.
I spoke to a manger Aurelija to reiterate the same thing and it was like speaking to a robot they told me they do not have details of courier service it doesn’t work like any other business that works with courier services.
The online team are liars and customer service team inadequately trained.
For a product that is priced highly does not have the same service.

$390 without tax (high in FL) scarf started fraying after 2nd wear

The scarf i bought from them started coming apart from both ends after only wearing it 2x. They refused to replace or repair it and basically told me there is nothing they were going to do about it. They told me it was my fault. I went to the store (4 1/2 hr drive to the closest one) and saw one in store that looked like it was doing the same thing and one of the sales associates let it slip that they see this a lot. Will never purchase anything from this company again!!!

The staff at Burberry Milan at via montenapoleone is the worst staff ever .
Super arrogant people and giving the worst at their service .
If you don’t want to have a bad experience don’t go there .
Also at Serravale designer outlet they gave me a T-shirt with a big hole in it . I returned it back and they doesn’t answer for the new one .
This company is going worse & worse

Fatto un ordine regalo a maggio 2022 a causa della merce non piaciuto rimandato subito indietro, fino ad oggi la merce non ancora rientrato in magazzino non abbiamo ancora ricevuto il rimborso della merce.
Il reso di Burberry e il servizio reso fa veramente c.....
Può essere il miglior brand del mondo, ma se il servizio clienti e servizio reso e così scarso non so se riacquistero i loro prodotti.
Evitare di acquistare nel loro sito, o fare reso nel loro sito.

Fa veramente pietà

Very bad quality

Very bad quality. The strap of my back back broke after one year of use. Bought in Paris, then lockdown and now the customer service does want to repair it in Regent Street in London. I will have it repair with a local shop for 10£ but honestly ???? Burberry is bad quality and never will buy it again. Ridiculous brand !!!!!

Where is zero star

Where is zero star? I had purchased item with Burberry website 22nd March 2022 and delivery via UPS for some reason the
UPS rider noticed my main box been open but I didn’t think something wrong as he checked original box still inside so after I got my parcel (As I bough for my husband’s birthday present) before he open the box we are noticed that ribbon been rip off so he opened the parcel and no item in original box!! That mean item been stolen during transit. So I did reported the case straight away in min with Burberry support and also Contact UPS so my case been investigating for a month now…. Last week I did reported with PayPal so they asked me for police report … Ok I got it and my case been closed to the seller favour!! It was disgusted experience . Customer service didn’t hit that level as it should be .. let customers waiting waiting and waiting

cintura indossata pochissimo rovinata

A gennaio 2019 ho regalato una cinta a mio figlio. Indossata neanche 20 volte, ad oggi risulta completamente rovinata. Mi sono rivolta al negozio della Rinascente a Roma, la commessa ha fatto le foto alla cinta e mi ha detto che le avrebbe inviate al centro riparazioni per accertarsi che fosse un difetto di fabbricazione. Ci siamo lasciate che mi avrebbe contattata. Dopo circa un mese ho dovuto contattarli io; mi è stato detto che al centro riparazioni non è stato considerato un difetto e che non si poteva fare nulla. Ho risposto che un marchio di lusso come burberry non può avere un così pessimo servizio clienti. Alla fine dovrò portare nuovamente la cinta alla Rinascente e provvederanno loro ad inviarla al centro riparazioni e cercare di porre rimedio al problema se possibile. Mai più!

J ai acheté un manteau noir il y a bientôt 4 ou 5 ans la doublure c est déchiré, usé. J ai demandé à burberry si il pouvait refaire la doublure bien évidement je voulais payer pour ce service.
Voici la réponse « si je ne retrouvais pas le ticket de caisse, il ne pouvait rien faire » et que c est de ma faute de ne pas avoir donner mes coordonnées lors de mon achat.
Incroyable c est un de leur produit et il refuse toute action même en proposant de payer le service. Bravo le chantage si je ne donne pas mes coordonnées je ne suis pas une bonne cliente

J ai 2 imperméables + 3 manteaux hivers + des écharpes et quelques t-shirt

Terminé plus jamais burberry !!!!!!

Apalling

I ordered a wallet a week ago and haven't received it, as apparently it never arrived with the courier. However, rather than being quickly sent a replacement, I'm being told I need to wait until the 18th of April for an investigation into the missing parcel to conclude. I don't think this is satisfactory as that would be over 3 weeks since I ordered the item.

I appreciate that this is no one's fault in particular and that Burberry has made this investigation an internal policy.

However, I feel that I'm being inconvenienced here through no fault of my own, and being made to wait a month to receive a wallet I should've received last week. Rather than Burberry sending me the item and putting the time and inconvenience onto themselves instead of the customer.

Because frankly from a customer's perspective I'm not interested in an internal investigation by UPS or Burberry. I've paid for an item I haven't received and then I'm being told to wait even longer with no proper apology or compensation. For the price and brand cache, I expected much better.

Købte en lang ærmet polo. Modtog den med posten men total stiv og foldet. Vaskede den i vaskepose på 30 grader og opdagende efterfølgende da jeg tog den ud der var hul i ryg. Kontaktede London hvor den var købt . Har skrevet frem og tilbage og chattet . De bad os kontakte afdeling i København da det var tættere på. Sendte ind og fik retur efter en mdr. kontaktede London igen og de skrev det var bare ærgeligt
Seriøst min søn har brugt sine surt tjente 1300 kr på det skidt plus fragt.

Køb ikke noget hos dem!!!!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I spent £1300 on two items, which were returned the next day from an official UPS collection point and have not received a refund after waiting over a month.

They have now closed the case and are refusing to refund me. UPS or Burberry have lost my items and now am at a loss of over £1300 with nothing to show for it. Spoken to very rudely and abruptly by multiple members of their customer service.

Flagstone London Store an awful experience.

Went for a browse in the Flagstone London store on Regent Street. We were greeted by a young man telling us that we had to have one to one service and he followed us around like a security guard. Made us feel very uncomfortable, as though we were going to shop lift. We left after a minute because of how uncomfortable he made us feel. Despite London itself and other high end stores being exceptionally busy, this store was nearly empty and I can see why. Most awful experience.

Poor customer service means no repeat business …

Purchased a pair of Burberry sunglasses on my last trip to Hawaii, fast forward about 3 years. The glasses look like they are delaminating on the inside. Many small pick marks like sandblasting and a couple of larger crazings. Went to store I had purchased them from to see if a) they could be fixed ( told too old, out of warranted,ok) b) is it possible to purchase new lens and have them fixed? - “No, please go to a Sunglass shop and let them do it” Very poor service with no suggested remedies. I was willing to pay for a repair. Last of my money they see.

Aucun suivi ni remboursement en cas de colis volé par le transporteur

Ceinture achetée sur le site pour Noël. Renvoyée debut janvier car mauvaise taille (seule boutique où on peut échanger c'est à Paris sinon il faut se faire rembourser et recommander). Le colis que je renvoi est entre temps ouvert et volé par le transporteur. Une enquête est menée auprès d'ups, depuis le 21 janvier, enquête qui est censée être menée entre 10 à 15 jours, malgré plusieurs relances et un mois dattente, à ce jour je n'ai aucune réponse de la part du service client de burberry ni même d'ups (qui me dit que l'enquête est en cours).
Première et dernière fois que je commandais sur ce site.

Service client honteux

Mon sac Burberry a commencé à perdre sa couleur, j'ai contacté le service client Burberry pour voir ce qu'ils pouvaient faire, voir juste me vendre un produit pour le protéger. RIEN, maiz rien a été fait. Comme je n'ai plus le ticket de caisse (parce que oui après des années j'allais garder un ticket de caisse) ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas m'aider et au revoir. Pour vendre des sacs hors de prix ils sont très gentils mais après s'il y a un problème, alors là il n'y a plus personne.
