Incompetent bunch. They set up the account on the wrong name and for last six month, I have been asking them to correct it. Everymonth a new incompetent staff will call and I have to repeat the same story again and again. I have sent the lease of the premises which is on the company name and they are now asking for a letter.

I am charged over £1,000.00 per year for the supply of tap water and drainage for my work unit.
I'm a Sole Trader and work on my own, so this level of expense is dispiriting and cannot be justified.
They can't even send you an invoice for their ridiculous fee - you've to go online and print it yourself.
Disgusting.

Do not ever become a customer of this company. They are totally incompetent. I am NOT a customer, have NEVER been a customer and they sent me an invoice for a meter that I DO NOT HAVE AND HAVE NEVER HAD. When I advised them to amend their records they sent a letter saying tjhey were sorry we were moving business????

poor customer service they have been paid but still telling me they havant my water bill has gone from £1200 anuall to £6000 if they keep sending me bills for £500 for four weeks phoned them six times to get this sorted i dont have a leak at the property if i check the meter reading before i go home then check it when i get to work its still the same !as per one week i turned the water off to see if it made any difference and guess what its still the same . so when i said im not paying them till this is sorted they said we will send debt collection company for the money ! so stay away from this company !speaking to the consumer council for water to see if they can help me
