Karen in the Sheffield branch is outstanding. I've contacted Water plus with this query a number of times now and spent so long on the phone. Karen sorted this query out quickly and I wish I'd spoken to her initially as this would have saved so much time and stress. A brilliant member of your team. I really wish everyone had a Karen.

Julie was brilliant throughout

Easy to set only downside not advised 100% of switch date

Having been told an original start date I received an email saying to 'leave it all' to you, which I did. Having received no communication at all, I chased whether the transfer had happened. My existing supplier told me it hadn't because I had not given notice (so I obviously couldn't leave it all to you!). I then gave notice so was given another date one month later. This also passed with no communication from you until I again asked if it had happened. I was told it had been refused by my supplier, but no explanation as to why. I was finally given a third date which did take place. I had no information regarding how to provide a meter reading and sales had no idea. Nearly a week later I received an email with account details. I also received a letter with the wrong transfer date . Communication is so important but you have failed so much with this account.

I spoke at length with Julie who was caring, kind, sympathetic and the patience of a Saint. I rambled on forever.

I am 61 years old and I've called a lot of call centres in my time. I've never spoken to a person like Julie. Absolutely wonderful.

FRAUDS - Now taking random amounts from our account without explanation, the complaints team does not exist. We had to cancel Direct Debit in the end as we have no idea what they are doing (nor do they I suspect!)

It was complicated for me but the agent I talk to go through everything and simplify it for me. Easily sorted. Her name was Paula. She is a great asset to you thanks

I got someone explaining the process of the billing that is very high up to £32000 from £45 a month suspected a leak or faulty meter which will do the process sooner and get billed appropriately

I Signed up with waterplus through an agent (switch shift ltd) who advised on the phone(recorded) my bill would be around £45
Imagine my surprise when 1st bill was over £90, next bill £90
Contacted water plus online, weeks later they called when I was out of office, I contacted again & this time about a week later I received a call by water plus representative who agreed that the amount isn't correct & agreed to look into the matter, he also said they had issues with agent misleading customers.
He called back to say his supervisor needs to be involved & asked if I would like to call or have the supervisor call me.... it's over 3 weeks ago.... still waiting ... still paying.I feel I have been mislead by agent & let down by water plus. Avoid this company !!

Mandy absolutely got what I required for a fix to the exhorbidant charges we have been subjected to as a trust. The fix was perfect and we now have the correct water contract set up.

Helpful friendly service

My call was answered quickly, and Paula was professional, friendly and very helpful. My query was responded to promptly and I received the required form within a few minutes of ending my call.
