Have been trying for several weeks to sort out my commercial water account since moving into a new property. Spoke to Katie today (nearly 2hrs) but all sorted now. Highly recommend

Paula, who dealt with my concerns regarding an my account and some other issues was really thorough , checked every detail so nothing was left unanswered. Great customer service even called me back tight away as we were cut off.

Phone call with Rachel
Rachel was polite and patient , working with me to get the correct wording for a form that needed filling in .
It wasn't 5 star as I was stuck in a loop of repeating email questions and needed to speak to a human being . Which ,on the plus side , I was able to do with no difficulty.

From an impossible start where the customer service fell significantly short of where it should be, once the resolutions advisor became involved I couldn't have been more impressed.
My comment relating to customer service isn't in relation to the individuals but more the talk trak they had to follow.
