I signed up to a water supplier using Swift Switch, on the recorded phone call the agent said my water would be £45 pm he also mentioned because i was a micro business the water company they recommended didnt charge for water & i could leave any time even though its a 3 year contract as my business is classified as a micro business according to agent.
Every bill is double what i was quoted, they slipped in a £1.50 a day standing charge which was never mentioned or clearly highlighted in contract.
I have provided my mobile & business number, but so far i have recieved a vague email saying prices are up,please call!!

I was recently sold electric water and broadband by Harry Russell from Swift Switch, the energy company he signed me up with was pozitive energy. After signing a three-year agreement to pay £300 a month they went ahead at charging me 500+ pounds every 23 four days.

I quickly emailed Harry for his help and assistance and have been completely ignored now for over two months which is why I’m leaving this complaint. The energy company are ignoring my emails and sending me more inflated bills.

I would completely avoid this company as I’ve obviously been fraudulently and they sold the service to get no after-care and no one paying any attention to sort sorting it out. And completely appalled that have been ignored by the company and unfortunately at this point we’ll have to get the energy ombudsman involved and a lawyer.

I was constantly advised throught the process that moving with them would result in our water bills being less, they are in fact hugely more expensive and now the salesperson is refusing to reply to our emails! PLEASE BE AWARE AND CHECK THE SMALL PRINT!

Wanted to get water contract for my business .Zachary Shaw phoned me. I really hope they can check our phone conversation, but doubt it..He says current supplier cost me £280 per unit and he can offer for £110 who would say no ? right ?
But before we proceed I need to sign electronically some paper that he is allowed to sign it with new supplier. Basically middle man. Never mentioned anything about cancelling fees etc. So he calls you at busy time while I was serving customers and wants me to sign those things..ok did all signatures. He also asks about other suppliers like electrical contract ,broadband, land-line.. we spent 1.5h doing this all
few hours later I get letter about water contract which amount is larger then previous company apparently 🙃. I sent screenshot to Zachary. He says that that's normal as prices in all country went up 8% ..soon why did you lie to me ? Soo I messaged water company that I'm cancelling my contract. They give that option for 10 days in Scotland. Sound all good right? Wrong ..Zachary wants £1000 for this apparently 😁
And because I also signed electricity,broadband and land line contracts...he wants £4000 in total
This is just a warning for everyone to avoid this company . It is Scam

I decided to use SwiftSwitch to find a better deal and improved services for my voice and broadband business. I was assured I would get a better service and a better price....

However, since making the switch on 27th January, I am still without a working phone line as of 17th March. I’ve been given multiple explanations, none of which justify my business being left without such essential services for nearly two months.

This has had a serious impact, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Overall, a very poor service — I would strongly advise others to avoid.

We are now in the second year of a fixed water rate deal.
Despite promises of savings, our costs are now double despite using the same volume of water. AVOID.

The broker said they would reduce my business water costs. My actual usage was around £2.50 per month and my total bill used to sit at roughly £27–£28.

During the call I was told my total costs would likely come down to around £15–£20 per month. Instead, after switching, my bills jumped to £33–£34 because of added retail and broker fees that were never clearly explained in real monthly terms.

The pricing sheet focused on wholesale rates, but the real impact of the retail fees wasn’t made clear before I signed by Santino. Had the full monthly cost been presented honestly, I would never have agreed to this contract and i was very clear about the only reason i re signed with Waterplus was because the monthly total was considerably lower, as they are a disgrace of a company

I will now formally dispute the agreement and requesting the full call recording where i was told very clearly by Santino something different. Based on my experience, the sales process was misleading and heavily weighted against the customer, intenionally

We searched online to switch our suppliers for gas, water, electricity and phone for our business. Mason was the chap who helped us and it was such an easy and friendly service he made what can be stressful very simple for us. Searched out the best prices, looked at them with us, set up the various paperwork and kept in touch when he said he would, without any chasing. Everything is now done and if you are doing the same with SwiftSwitch (which I recommend for friendly and professional comparisons and advice and assistance) you can listen to their office ring a little bell in the background which either releases Mason's lunch from a glass cage by his desk or more likely celebrates another satisfied customer. Ask to hear the bell!

SwiftSwitch have been very helpful in helping us (a small Friendly Society) find better deals for supply of water and electricity to the property we own. Not only have they found these deals for us, but they have been very helpful in guiding us through the process of transfer and renewal of contracts.
