I raised a complaint with Water2Business and was very impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. Ellie Webb was extremely responsive, helpful and informative throughout the process, keeping me updated and making everything very straightforward.
The process was easy from start to finish, and the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Water2Business based on my experience.

What they provide is what appears to be a reliable route through to the wholesalers. i.e. Metering management. Over the phone, Tanya had a very helpful approach, making the service feel personable and precise.
