Consistently above standard
As a property manager for a local landlord we require the support of Water2Business relatively frequently, and the service that is provided is consistently above standard. I spoke with Emily M in regards to adjusting my billing to be able to support one of our tenants during some financial difficulty. My call was answered after one ring, Emily was very polite, helpful and honest in advising the best plan, she went out of her way to give me accurate feedback and advised the best route forwards. I interact with multiple different utility providers and hand on heart can say that Water2Business is the best of the bunch, the training they are providing their staff with really shows and I truly hope they recognise the quality staff they have representing them. missing invoices on portal - finally had someone who helped me very efficiently
I have dealt with Alex Britton twice now re missing invoices on our portal and he has resolved the issue very quickly on both occasions (within 10 minutes) and sent the missing invoices straight away , this was not the case previously with other customer service people, as they just said to me give us 5 - 10 days and they will be issued even though the invoices had already been generated they just didn't seem to want to look for them and send them out. Alex's attitude has certainly helped ease a possible complaint coming in and and i was very grateful today to be able to speak to Alex again . i would like to give Alex 10 out of 10 for his help and professionalism , so thank you.

Genuinely helpful customer service
Genuinely helpful customer service was a significant surprise to me - and the last thing I expected from a utility company! I wrote them trying to understand some detail on a complicated bill and their customer service team were ready and willing to give a detailed and simple to follow answer that left me understanding they had indeed done the right thing. Well done team!

Very easy to speak to, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I don't usually write reviews unless I'm genuinely impressed with the service.

Absolutely horrendous service
Absolutely horrendous service, the customer services do not listen, i have been trying to resolve an overcharge for 7 months, and they cannot understand that if I am bill £380 for 6 months, how can i be billed £1300 for the previous two weeks ?the information has been sent multiple times and obviously just ignored.

Water Accounts set up to the wrong customer
Waited 20mins for an answer to my so say important call.
Explained that Water 2 Business were invoicing the wrong company for a number of water accounts that were clearly set up incorrectly. That was on the 18th May 2026 and nothing has changed.
This company is very poorly managed.
