Terrible company, avoid at all costs
What a terrible company, their customer service is appalling. We left their company over 2 months ago and moved to a different provider, which took over 2 months as they kept rejecting it. They owe us over £400, they have promised us a cheque, then bank transfer, still no money back off them, which they have in effect stolen. Numerous emails & hours spent on the phone, to sort out, passed from pillar to post, have been promised this payment will be in our bank within 10 working days on several occassions. Avoid this company at all costs.

Brilliant Customer Service Experience
I had a great customer service experience with Water 2 Business. I needed some information regarding my invoices and wanted clarification on a few things. Mariam Hussain was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. She provided all the information I needed and followed up with a clear, detailed email that answered all of my questions, which really satisfied me and put me completely at ease.
I would happily give Mariam more than five stars if I could, but the review only allows five! She truly went above and beyond to help me. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Water 2 Business to others. Thank you, Mariam, for your outstanding support!

Underground water leak
I have, just been through a very worrying time, I experienced a huge underground water leak of which I was liable. Water2 business were there for me every step of the way helping me find and repair the leak and also helping me with the bill. I couldn't be more thankful. 5 stars from me.

Quick and easy process
I have just been on the phone with a lovely individual called Stephen. I explained the situation that I was moving out of one business property and into another just down the road. Stephen explained very clearly everything that I needed to do and got our account sorted ready for the move. He also assisted me in setting up our online account.
Stephen was very courteous and professional at all time.
