Craig Fowler is fantastic to deal with at Water+. Questions and queries dealt with very quickly and with a good sense of humour. Much appreciated and a credit to Water+.

We had a very complicated issue that involved various church buildings. Waterplus were initially slow to react appropriately to my complaint and I had to get through a number of advisors before reaching the complaints department. Once it reached Jules Sherill in the complaints department, we received all the help that we needed and Jules fought our corner to the end resulting in the payment of a large refund. If others had picked up and run with my complaint sooner, this would have been a 5 star review.

Both people who dealt with my issue did a very good job - sorted things out and listened carefully.

Overall experience with the company is AWFUL, this 5 star rating is only being given to Adam B - complaints manager.

This gentleman is a god send to this company as if it wasn’t for his customer service and mannerisms, water plus would not receive another penny from me or my business.

I think the company needs to retrain their other staff members to be as proficient as adam

Karen was very polite , professional and had a very good customer relations approach.

As a business owner/director I have just had the pleasure to speak to a gentleman Robert W at Water Plus with regards to a query with one of our bill's. Robert was so helpful in explaining our bill in great detail which I fully understood based on the information he provided. I ended the call feeling reassured and was very grateful to the excellent customer service I received from Robert.

This company is the embodiment of everything that is wrong with useless corporate organizations. They are chasing payments and making treats when we do not even have a supply contract with them. They have been advised many times of the incorrect data they have and they just do not listen.

A quick phone call with Mandy Brennan at Water Plus enabled a smooth transfer of our water supply at a fraction of the cost we had been quoted elsewhere. Fantastic customer service.

Paula listened to my complicated complaint. She was polite , she was able to give me solutions and when I didn’t understand she explained again.

Awful company they seem to have no idea what they are doing, we have dealt with these for about 5 years but they have never managed do get things right. Now every month they hassle us to pay, now i have started being chased for payment before we even receive the bill. This is a business account and they send the following to my personal phone on a saturday morning.

Hi from Water Plus, we recently sent your latest bill, which will be with you soon, if you don’t already have it. Please pay using MyAccount at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. You can also call us on 0345 072 6072 to pay or if you need to speak to us about your bill. Thank you. Please do not reply to this message.

This is becoming harassment! I often get 3 reminders before i even receive the bill.

3 days later, an email chasing payment telling me how much to pay and how to pay, I have STILL not received an invoice ! they do this every month Harassment!

Later on, on day 3, Still no invoice received, I have received another text saying
'Hi from Water Plus, we’ve noticed you haven’t paid your latest bill yet. You may have received an email with further information and ways to pay. Please use MyAccount at (they do not let you put links here) to pay. You can also call us on 0345 072 6072 to pay or to discuss your bill. Please pay your bill on time otherwise we will charge a late payment fee. Our late payment charge is between £40 and £100 depending on the outstanding amount. There is more information about this on your bill. Thank you. Please do not reply to this message
REMEMBER THIS IS A BILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET! Our bills are normally due to be paid about the 20th. Yet More Harassment! don't they realise we have personal lives out of work hours and other things to do in work hours!
A REALLY BAD COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! yes i have tried talking to them about this and they ignore me!

OK, today is 5 days after they first chased by text, the invoice has just arrived! Surely any business knows how poor the post is these days. the invoice was raised 9 days ago (we don't know when it was posted) and payment is not due for a further 5 days.

If you ring this company they have a recorded message saying do not be aggressive but it is okay for them to aggressively harass customers for payment not yet due!

You will see from the replies below that they promised to look into things, they have not done anything about that.

They are a BAD, AGGRESSIVE, HARASSING COMPANY don't bother getting involved with them.

I received a phone call today from these people in response to this feedback, they told me that the letters were sent as the payment was overdue, i pointed out that it was not, she looked into it and stated that the account had NEVER been late being paid, she went off to talk to the debt department to see why i am having all this hassle from them.
Since then i have received a letter dated 12/10/26 saying that if the bill is not paid by the 20th I will be fined, The bill was paid on the 15th, are these people naïve enough to think that a (prepaid envelope not stating the postal class) will be delivered so quickly?

Are they in financial trouble so chasing payments early or are they just aggressive when it comes to getting paid?
